Per report, roof was still OK, not needing new roof immediately. Titan never got onto roof, only used a drone. Thankfully, I got my own inspection with a different company before deciding to purchase home. My inspector, who did get on roof, discovered extensive damage to roof to include water leaking into attic in several places. This inspector noted that roof needs replacement immediately. This damage was never listed on Titan report. Also, furnace was not Ok. It had not been inspected for 2 years and needed to be replaced. In addition, Titan report never mentioned water under house and some repairs needed there. While Titan used pictures and report looked good, I would have bought a house that needed thousands of dollars in repairs had I relied on their report.

We discussed PSE rebates (yes they are an approved PSE contractor!) and they were able to get me on the schedule right away. Kevin Worley was very kind and respectful onsite, and delivered very quality work from start to finish including a great attention to detail when cleaning up. He was happy to answer my questions and even made time to discuss some other future electrical work I am considering. He installed a 50a circuit with an EV 14-50 NEMA outlet in addition to setting up and mounting my level 2 charger for a very tidy and convenient setup exactly where I wanted it. It is an untouched survivor, a rare truck that sat idle since 1974. It is a very important special truck. I explained that I needed it to be as factory correct as possible. He understood the importance of the build and produced a beautiful engine. He cleaned the original 2 stage fuel pump to perfection. He kept me in the loop during the build showing me photos of the process. I was not able to be there when he ran it for its break in period but did send a video showing pressures and operation. The attention to detail was outstanding and the paint job was perfect. The engine ran perfectly. There was one slight leak that popped up ( happens) but Dan stood behind his work, fixed it and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Dan for his engine rebuilds. In today's world it is hard to find a reputable, honest machine shop. You can trust Dan. I am Washington states collector car appraiser and ex Concours judge.
