The flow/edit of the final wedding video was better than anything we could have imagined. He was able to capture each big/small/important part of the wedding that happened, in a way that encapsulated the entire wedding from start to finish. When we watched the film, it felt like we were reliving the day but also seeing it for the first time from different angles. The picture/sound quality are also top notch (bonus: neither of us brides had to wear a mic pac!). Beyond the amazing professional work Mark did, he is personally extremely warm and pleasant to be around. I researched different places in the area to help convert my 29 mini-DV tapes to digital format. I cannot say enough good things about Tony. He was so easy to reach, the office is pleasant, he took excellent care of the tapes, and on short notice got us back the files we needed before the funeral and DVDs before my aunt went back out of town. I absolutely love them and will continue to come to them for our future events!! From the moment we met with them, they immediately spoke to us like we were already their friends. They knew what we wanted and it was very easy to understand the vision they had when explained to us! I didn't hire a wedding coordinator because.. inflation and budgets lolll but at the end of the day, Sahag made me feel comfortable enough to call him and ask him for his advice on how long each part of the day would take in regards to creating an itinerary and making sure we had enough time for everything. I must have called Sahag at least 50x!! Poor guy lol! But he never seemed annoyed, never gave me an ounce of negative energy, he was always willing to help, and never let one call go to voicemail!
