The next day at noon I was greeted by Isaac and Balmor. They were both very courteous and professional, as was JP, and I left my phone for repair for two hours. They want me to contact them by email and/or phone, claiming how sorry they are. Unfortunately, the number they want me to call is the same one we called the other day, and spoke to "Alissa". She would do NOTHING to make up for this horrendous service. She actually accused me of "improper use of the device" causing a "catastrophic failure of the mother board". However, as described above, the phone was fully functional and intact when brought to them originally, aside from the dark screen issue. The phone was not dropped, it was not misused in any way. (See before photos below) Nice of them to try to look so customer service oriented, when all they did was destroy my property, blame me for it, then ask for payment for their "service". I asked the guy if there was any difference between the Apple one and the one that costs $180 and he assured me they were the same. I decided to get the $180 and they fixed it in 15 minutes. As soon as they fixed it I noticed that the phone was very dim even at the maximum brightness. The guy said that was usual. I was mad at this point but it was too late since he already replaced the glass. I would have spent the $300 if I had known that, but that's what I get for trusting iProdigy. Then a few days later, I noticed a bright white light leaking from the top of the phone. A month later, the glass totally broke (even with a screen protector). However, with this visit, I have to say Fix Me Now hit it out of the park. First off, over the phone, they quoted me a price that was much lower thank the competition in Commack. Secondly, when I went in, they found me in their system as having been a repeat customer. Finally, after the work was done to perfection (after about an hour's wait), the phone worked great, the charging port was like new, and they even knocked off $5 off the quoted price for being a repeat customer. Phone is now fully operational thanks to this establishment and given the quality and level of service I received, I'm moving my rating to five stars!

I took my iPhone 14 to Tech solutions in Patchogue because my screen went totally white, then an…read morehour later totally black. Could still receive calls and it rang and then a couple of hours after that it was completely dead. I tried Apple Support and even went to the Apple Store where they told me it was going to be $379 plus tax and that they would likely lose all of the data from my phone. I had already gotten a replacement phone and needed the old phone just to receive a code from Apple to transfer my data. I took it to Tech Solutions as I had done business with them in the past. I explained the situation and was given a quote of $125 to replace the screen then told since I was sending the phone back, a temporary screen would be put on, the code retrieved, and the old screen put back on. Not only was all that done in an extremely timely and professional manner, Tech Solutions kept my phone alive (it was apparently overheating for some reason) so they kept it on a cooling gel pad long enough to receive the code while backing up any remaining data. I was so beyond impressed with the job they did, their expertise, their customer relations, that I voluntarily paid them almost 50% more than the final price for their work. The lesson I learned is to go to Tech Solutions first.
