Do not eat here. This place advertises Halal products, however is not. Products are beef and pork blend. The manager told me the pepperoni was strictly beef, I am allergic to pork. NY Pizza of Mansfield. Ordered food online at 6 p.m. received it at 7:45 p.m. The food arrived cold. I suggest this establishment hire more drivers instead of the one person who works in the shop delivering all the orders. The driver found my bldg. but once she was in the bldg. She couldn't find my apartment. There are only 4 apartments in the bldg. which are numbered and I provided it when I ordered. If an establishment is going to keep people waiting the food should be exceptional for which it was not. I tried NY in Mansfield last night. I ordered the "Al Pacino" pizza (eggplant, carmelized onions and fresh tomatoes). I thought it was really good! The large is 16" and was almost too big for the box. I like the crust, not soggy at all in the middle as sometimes happens with veggie pies. It was tasty and great consistency. The eggplant was sliced so it tasted like eggplant and not too thin, not too thick. I liked that. I prefer a little more sauce but it was a great sauce. Good cheese, toppings were good too as far as amount goes. I will come back again and update my review when I have more details about "Consistent quality and service". read more

My boyfriend and I eat here AT LEAST once a week. The pizza is phenomenal. They will also work w you when you ask for extra accommodations (although sometimes they forget to give you dressing on the side! Only negative thing I could possibly say). Need to listen while taking orders on the phone, very important in accuracy of an order. Ordered extra Bleu cheese and received none but it was on the receipt. This is during a lunch break at work. We ordered four pizzas last Saturday night. We wanted to give this new restaurant a try.When I called I was put on hold 4 times and when I finally got through the person who answered the phone was very rude. Now I understand this is a new restaurant so we went forward with the order. The pizzas didn't have a lot of toppings and the sauce was minimal and the pizzas were very doughy. So you like doughy pizza without a lot of toppings or flavor than you probably should try NY pizza. Besides that the prices were very high in fact I thought I was mischarged so I went in today to try and get an answer but the five people standing behind the counter fail to understand the customers are priority over talking about their computer system and their backup computerserver at 3:30 in the afternoon. I basically was ignored so I couldn't even try to get my problem resolved. I would recommend Alberto's in in Norton and Stefanos in Mansfield.
