She listened to my concerns and customized the deep cleansing facial for my skin. I was left with hydrated and clean skin. Recently, I saw Sasha for the same deep cleansing facial as I was in desperate need of extractions. She took care of me and was gentle throughout the entire process. Instead of answering my question, the staff repeatedly tried to sell me a six-session package. I asked the same question multiple times, but they kept avoiding it and continued pushing the package. I had already booked an appointment for the next day. However, they canceled my appointment today, claiming there was a "communication issue." When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. Unfortunately, this experience left me with no confidence in their service.
