We stopped at this place after a day of wandering Chinatown when it was sort of drizzly and my feet were barking for some attention. So it's very crammed in there. Like they have seven I think maybe even 8 foot massage chairs next to each other just jammed in so there is no privacy whatsoever. They did think to have phone wires to charge your phone in the chairs which is a super nice touch. They have some table massage rooms in the back and a couple of my kids used them. One of the boys thought that the masseuse was pretty rough, I thought that was funny because it was a female. The masseuse certainly know how to dig into the muscles. They did a great job with the foot rub and if I ask them to do a hand massage after my foot massage was over they were happy to add that on. There was a lot of people in and out the door at all times and the door is right next to where you're sitting so it was really pretty chaotic in there with all the staff in and out and people sitting outside smoking when they were not doing massages and customers coming and going nonstop and the countertop where you pay right there next to you when you're trying to get your massage so if you don't bring some noise canceling headphones and an eye mask you're probably not gonna be able to fully relax however your feet will feel great. Overcrowded and dingy entry way with broken massage chairs covered by old towels. No one at the counter and the men doing foot massages asked us to seat and left his client to go make arrangements and answer phones constantly. Main door was kept open and people constantly streamed in from the street (95% tourists) and since there was no one at the counter it was chaotic and loud every single time. Worst part was the masseuses couldn't stop talking loudly and unnecessarily amongst themselves! I could go on but please avoid if you can. NYC has many nicer options. read more

The owner is also active and involved. There's plenty of space and staff members. There might be a bit of a language barrier but feel free to point at what you would like or communicate things like "harder" and "too hard". They are also open until quite late at night (11pm?). BEWARE! CHECK YOUR BANK TRANSACTIONS! Force them to give you a receipt, and never use cash or they'll take it. I was sitting close to the register so it was easy for me to see ppl going in and out. I witness a couple provided cash for their payment. The cashier ushered the original amount in but only to flash him what would be the change and nonchalantly say "thank you for the tip" and closed the drawer before the couple could even say anything. They were not outspoken about it but I thought they have a weird look towards each other. I thought I was overreacting or misinterpretting what occured so I gave benefit of the doubt. After seeing the high ratings, we had came in for two 45 min massages FOR $32 each. When it was our turn to pay, I was doing credit card., Instead or giving me a slip to sign for tip, he asked me the tip amount wish to charge. I told him $12.00 on top of my $64 bill. Not sure if they thought that they had rapport with me because I was Asian or what but he flat out said to me "oh you're cheap huh?" I looked at him squarely and ask "what did you just say?" And he bailed to say "nevermind". For me I typically just round the digit up but since my bf said his masseuse didn't seem like he had experience or technique. I was vocal to let his masseuse know for more strength overall and focus on the arch but he just didn't seem like he had experience. Meanwhile, I was next to him and my massage was well done. We weren't face down, so we could clearly see the difference in experience. I came home to immediately check the credit card because it felt way too fishy. Turns out, my paranoia was right. I was charged $86 and some change. He simply snuck to charge me 35% tip. I called my bank to dispute the charge immediately once transaction officially posted. How frustrating having to babysit this transaction while on vacation. Despite me doing this with urgency, it will take up to 35 days to allow the biz a chance to reply. Based on how crooked they are, I prepared for the worst but the dispute was successful. After seeing them deliberately insult and over charge me and not give a receipt,, I conclude this biz model is to scam you of your money and it you speak up they gaslighting the living heck out of you. Regret looking too quick at the high rating as apparently there are over 950 fake reviews that the Yelp algorithm has taken down. Shame on this unethical business. read more

I've done cupping here along with a massage, full body and I would definitely say their full body massage focuses more on blood circulation technique rather than getting knots out. I prefer blood circulation massages in the winter because I continue to feel warmer for the next week after the massage. I continue coming here after a couple of years because their foot massages mainly. Their techniques make me want to melt into the chair and never leave. I've never found a foot massage place better than this one. I prefer male for my foot massages because they do it harder, but if you are more ticklesh, I would suggest going with a female. After searching for a location to just relax we decided this is the spot for us. When we walked in there wasn't many people so we got a room immediately. People here doesn't speak English that great so have patience. We got the 30 min body work and 30 min foot massage. The body work required you to take off your clothes and get into your underwear. If they have a lot of people waiting for the body massage they'll wrap up the body and have you dress for the foot massage outside. I was a bit lucky and got everything done in the private room. I just need to relax and be able to flip when they want me to. You do need to voice if they are going too hard on you.
