I recommend using the architect he normally works with to make sure the permit and inspection process go smoothly. You do need to find someone else to lay the decking part, unless you are going with an all-metal deck. We are thrilled with how it came out. Luckily Eduardo was available to re-do the job at a reasonable price. He was communicative throughout the entire process and his crew worked quickly and respectfully so that my and my neighbors' lives were minimally impacted. Most importantly they did an amazing job and my co-op is very happy with the result.

Being a 1st time home buyer i was inexperienced to getting quotes from different contractors. Ruben came and told me that the fences were going to be straight. Understanding that straight did not mean level i explained that I wanted the fences to be level. He told me what I wanted to hear and proceeded to install the fences the way he wanted. After the installation I explained that he did not do what I asked and he just kept telling me that there was nothing else he could do. We are currently installing pavers in the back yard and I have two very uneven stretches of fence in my back yard and it looks like a terrible HACK AMATEUR JOB! The guy is wildly unprofessional and says one thing and does another. Please for the love of GOD do not use JR fencing. He's a vampire who does not care about his product.
