I did agree to add an alignment but in my haste to finally escape I hadn't asked the price. That part is on me. They agreed to split the difference on the alignment cost which was appreciated (which I told them). But, their inability to quote an even remotely accurate time frame and their subsequent indifference to customer service will keep me from ever returning.
