This week a collogue of mine had a hole develop in the radiator of his skid steer loader, it was going to cost him over $300 for the part and several hundred more in labor. Being a handy guy with no real special tools the problem radiator was removed and dropped off for repair and a day later the loader was back on the farm. They are also an auto repair shop with several great recommendations from the local auto parts stores.

I was told by the "newer" service manager that if i wasn't going to use them for the repair that he had no interest in helping me obtain the correct part number and was told to call a BMW dealer to obtain the number. After leaving frustrated with the lack of customer service and rude interaction with the new service manager, I returned a second time (after a new transfer case was installed) asking if Muncie Imports could re-program the case. I was told that Muncie Imports had no interest in programming the transfer case since they did not install the new unit in the car. I was also informed by this service manager, and I quote,"It is about the money!" and told me to take the car elsewhere and they did not want to provide any services to me. I then took the car to another company and had the transfer case programmed without issue. No questions asked! Just bring the car to us and we'll take care of you! I have had my previous BMW's serviced by this company for over 15 years prior to the new Service Manager without any issues and under the previous Service Manager and Manager (both now retired) and it was always a delight to do business with them and Muncie Imports was my first call if/when I needed any services required on my BMW's and Jaguar. Unless something changes with their "newer" employees and their approach to a positive customer service stance, Muncie Imports will never receive another dime of mine.

I was taken to the garage where they pointed a flash light at the opposite side of the catalytic converter then where it was leaking and said it was warped and needed replaced. Then proceeded to say that I needed the entire exhaust replaced including the other converter and muffler. Pointing the flash light like they was showing something wrong with the system. I didn't ask for a price but got out of there as fast as possible. Went to Tom Cherry Muffler and they fixed my gasket issue for $87.00. No other issues found.

I had called every tire place in town. Nobody could give a hoot. At this point I'm in tears its so hot. My boys was over heated. I came to the last number on Google Stuby Tire. The minute they heard my boys and I were out in the heat, and even though they have been short-staffed. Even the owner himself was working with his crew they still made time to come out and rescue us when no one else would. They came out and put a new tire on took away my old one. I paid for the service call and the tire it really was not bad at all very reasonable. I'll never forget what they did for me. Woke up the next morning with two front tires almost flat. Made it down to stuby tire.They gave me a really good deal on my tires. Excellent service the crew at Stuby tire go above and beyond. Customer service is really hard to find these days.
