I left and came back the charge was for more than discussed. She gave my child gel instead of a regular nail polish and expected me to pay the extra. My trust was lost. I cannot recommend a business that has questionable practices especially when you can get better service and prices up the road. I have 2 stars because the nails were nice. The toes were sloppy! I learned later that this is common practice here. They charge you more than what they say.

We originally went in for a nail enhancement + pedicure service each, but after waiting some time, we were only able to get our hands done. The interior of the shop is modern and clean. I had specific concerns around which service to receive considering my natural nails were quite brittle at the moment. I spoke with one of the staff, and she gave recommendations based on my concerns, though she was not able to service me herself. The tech who did my nails was not as responsive to my concerns, and I was not pleased with the pain of curing the hard gel, but the results were neat. I do intend to make an appointment to return to the first tech I spoke with, and hopefully find a new nail home!

Double dipping wax sticks, servicing those with toe fungus, broken autoclave, no certified nail…read moretechnicians or licenses to be seen, long wait times...all things I have experienced here. After I witnessed them service a woman with seriously advanced and highly visible toe fungus and then spray Lysol ONLY in the pedicure tub after, I vowed to never come here again. A few weeks ago I broke down and my mother convinced me to come there because for some insane reason she likes this place. I was given the silent treatment while waiting to ask how long for two pedicures. Other times I have been here, the nail "technician" paused from her job to watch KWTK and gossip as if my time isn't as precious as hers. I'd rather save my money and go get a service from actual licensed technicians.
