Right now, we are hoping to demolish the property and rebuild eventually. I contacted Selsor Demolition via email and they responded very promptly. Patrick reached out to me almost immediately so we can discuss the property and situation. He was so helpful and answered all my questions. Since I currently live in Los Angeles, I was not able to be present for the property evaluation but we kept in touch throughout and Patrick was able to meet with my mother onsite. By 2 they finally text and asked if it would be okay to change the time between 3-4. I let them know this was okay as long as they would for sure be there as my grandparents are elderly and fragile. Right before 4 they text and stated they would be unable to make it out. So not only did they cancel once but twice within one day!
