Had a amazing experience yesterday. I drove passed them everyday for the past week, knowing I needed a break job, and knowing how much I would pay. To my surprise the owner approached me as soon as I pulled up even though he was working on another vehicle, I asked for the brakE job cost and time, Anne I was pleased by both. Then to my surprise, he offered to drop me off and pick me up once my vehicle was finished. All together took about an hour and half. Here's the kicker that put this experience over the top, his politeness and doing something's typical mechanics won't do, he topped off my washer fluid, rotated tires, resurfaced the rotors and greased up my doors. Engine in my Honda Pilot went out. My mechanic doesn't do that type of repair or replacement so I asked my friend for a referral and this is where Oliver came into the picture. Oliver found an engine in a timely manner, replaced the old one and said the car would be ready the next day. The next morning he called to tell me something wasn't right with the replacement motor and he didn't feel comfortable giving the vehicle back to. Me. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to go the extra mile in wanting my family to be in a safe vehicle. He went on to find a second replacement to which he replaced my vehicle with, topped off all the fluids, change the spark plugs, gaskets, etc. Very thankful to have found Oliver and his team and look forward to using him in the future. read more

I just want to publically thank O&J Auto Repair. No, I didn't get my car fixed there. I was by there this morning with my backpack on for a short jog. Inside was the wallet that my father owned before he passed back in '06. I have carried it ever since. Well, I lost it on my way somewhere as it fell out of my backpack. In a panic, I retraced my steps with no luck of finding it. As I got on the phone to cancel all my cards and licenses, there was a knock on the door. There stood a man saying, "Hey I noticed you walked by this morning and you apparently dropped this. So I Googled your address." I don't usually write reviews but I will make an exception in this case. My car needed an alternator. I knew Oliver but had never been a customer. I called a few different places and Oliver gave me the best quote by far! I dropped off my car and he told me how much it would be and when it would be done. It went exactly as he said. He even went above and beyond topping off my fluids and making sure my air pressure in my tires was good. Friendly service and a staff that knows what they are doing. My wife took her car here for what should have been an easy repair to the A/C blower motor. After replacing a part, which she was grossly overcharged for by the way, no sooner had she left the shop than the "fix" stopped workling. She literally turned around and went back to the shop only to be told he was too busy and she had to return. When she took the car back she was told her problem was it needed freon. After he filled it and it still didn't work he told her he didn't know what it was and she would have to take it somewhere else, (guess Oliver, the owner, doesn't know the meaning of customer service even allow he had already charged her hundreds of dollars for his "skills"). She ended up taking it to the dealer who then showed her that the parts that had been replaced were not only used parts, but weren't even for her make of car, and the plastic casing on the part had been broken to make it fit in her car causing other problems. I don't know if it was because she was a woman and he seen her as a soft touch or not, as to why he treated her so poorly, but needless to say a horrible experience and absolutley pathetic customer service, I would advise no-one to take your business here and to give Oli boy and his shop a big wide berth. read more
