These people are the worst…read more I was in a hospital 4 hours away. Over 7 days, I called them twice to let the car be picked up by a friend. They told me not unless the friend had my i.d., which they couldn't get, me being 4 hours away. On the 7th day, I got the body shop to request it. They so enjoyed charging: $595 ($85 x 7,) they gruffed that it was all my fault: "I had alcohol in the back seat in a cooler." Then, hung up on me. Rude, ridiculous, unrepentant. Worse than worst.

They showed up at 11 with their rollback and backed it down our driveway. The driver was very nice and professional. He was very careful with our very low to the ground car and made sure it didn't scrape the ground or the bed of the truck.. We appreciate that very much since we try to take good care of our cars.
