My boyfriend and I stopped by this cute little soup and sandwich food truck on the way through Enumclaw. They have a great menu of classic sandwiches that make you want to try one of everything. Since they were new and we were starving, we decided the try them all. Let me tell you, I'm normally not a fan of sandwiches but these were to die for! The shrimp was my favorite and my boyfriend really enjoyed the Poor Boy. GET IT HOT! It's run by this adorable couple and they were super nice. Customer service was great. They were quick and attentive and even made sure to check on how the food was for us. Looks like they're fairly new but I can tell that O'Chef Kitchen is going to be Enumclaw's favorite new food truck.

    Chicken pesto sandwich

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and I'm so glad I did! Husband and wife run this little place and they were so friendly! I got the chicken pesto sandwich (that has two pieces I just ate the first one already!) All of their bread was homemade including the awesome sourdough this sandwich was on. Also got a cup of their tomato soup which was super yummy! I will definitely be coming back so excited I found them!

Met the loveliest gentleman. He made me a wonderful fresh rueben and I bought some peanut butter banana bread to take home. The sandwich was eaten to quickly for a photo! But the banana bread was made by his wife and he gave me a lemon scone which was phenomenal. Highly recommend you stop, you won't regret it!

The smothered biscuit and gravy, the tots lathered in gravy, and then the Chicken Fried Steak... it's like finding a local Holy Grail of food trucks! It is legit delicious!! My mind was blown by the quality of food and the whole experience. Loved it! I can't wait to take my boys here. They won't believe it. There's not much more I can say, other than I've been here a few times now, and would love a good coffee to go with the food. Loved chatting with the owner and of her story. Thank you for the experience and we will be back again! As always, Enjoy & Happy Eating!

The retro trailer, pulled by a…read morevintage truck, sits behind a white picket fence next to a sunflower field, with Mount Peak in view. Picnic tables and lawn games make it a fun stop. We went on a sunny day and with no shade I was glad I had sunscreen and sunglasses. We didn't have much of a wait, just long enough for me to dash over and snap photos of the sunflowers before our food came. They serve breakfast and lunch, and since they often sell out by 2PM, it's best to arrive early. We ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sammy, the Candied Jalapeño Chicken Sammy, loaded tots, and a blackberry milkshake. These are four-napkin sandwiches -- huge, messy, and finger-licking good. You'll want a bottled water in the car to rinse your hands after tackling one of these. The Nashville Hot Chicken Sammy came stacked with a giant fried chicken breast coated in their house hot sauce, layered with slaw and pickles on a brioche bun. The Candied Jalapeño Chicken Sammy had crisp chicken, melted cheese, sautéed onion, lettuce, and their sweet-heat jalapeño sauce. The loaded tots came piled with chopped chicken, bacon, cheese, green onion, and sauce. The blackberry milkshake, blended with real berries, tied everything together. For the size of the portions and the quality, the price felt right. Cast Iron Queen serves delicious comfort food in a setting that feels distinctly Enumclaw.

Pita Burrito, Carne Asada ($16.27) - Huge burrito incoming, probably over 2 lb. I would say similar to Mission-sized, but the interior ingredients are not quite up to standard. Still, very impressive for the region. There's a large tortilla, warm and pliable, absolutely filled with tons of stuff. Firstly, a very good portion of beef, not seasoned much other than salt, but giving a great beefy flavor. The beef chunks are crisped up on the flat top perfectly, giving plenty of texture. This does dry out the meat, so there's a tradeoff, but that's what the cheese, guac and sour cream are for. Enough moisture is included so that, while not nearly as messy to eat as a typical Mission burrito, it's enough for each bite. There's a well balanced portion of rice and beans as well. The construction is pretty good so the burrito can be eaten in the hand without issues. (5/5) Is this the best burrito in the world, as some people seem to think? No way, but I think it's very solid for being in Washington and is one of the best I've had since moving to the state. Note: Pita's charges a little extra for credit card usage. I'm not sure how much percentage (it was 27 cents for us), and I don't recall them having a sign up stating they charge for credit cards.
