Maybe the other items on the menu are much better? Scrambles had their own box on the menu, and seemed to be their signature dishes. A lot less potatoes would be a major improvement. It was incredibly frustrating. I called the Enumclaw Jersey Mike's expecting there wouldn't be much they could do, but David completely turned the situation around. He immediately remade our entire order and refunded us so we could come pick it up ourselves. His kindness and willingness to help took a really stressful situation and made it right. This wasn't Jersey Mike's fault at all, and their customer service is exactly why we'll keep coming back.
