Happy to have a Trappers close to home. Happy hour you can't beat anywhere else in town! Staff are attentive and kind. Come here regularly with my husband monthly. We love the Gyoza, Edamame, Jalapeno Poppers. We have our favorite rolls!

Ordered two California rolls to go and this is what I got. Has the price of krab gone up? Attempted to find an email address to contact management and was unable to, so hoping they see the pic here. So sad when I've been craving a Trappers California roll!

Ceo Roll- seared salmon, cream cheese inside shrimp, avocado, topped with Covington sauce and green onion, puts Trump roll to shame!

I am still happy the fact that we have a Trappers here in town. The staff is friendly and attentive. Rolls are delicious but can be hit or miss depending on who is preparing the sushi. Happy hour is the best! Wanted to share the newest roll prepared by one of the best in the red attire

The atmosphere is great. and the staff is very welcoming! the food is always amazing! served in such a great timely fashion! we usually go to Bonney Lake near our home but got a chance to hang out in enumclaw today and it did not disappoint! we had the Mariner, the Buddha and the barricade rolls and tempera vegetables for an appetizer

Service: Mr. Josh behind the sushi bar, is super attentive, polite, patient, and dare I say handsome. Sushi: I recommend the all you can eat sushi bar experience as you won't regret it for the price! We basically ate ourselves into a coma and it was 100% worth every moment. The sushi was spectacular in every way. The Tako Nigiri had wonderful texture, The rolls were generous with fresh fish, and the flavor pairings of each roll were seriously on point! my all time favorite being the "Tis' the Salmon" roll; it will knock your socks clean off your feet. Ambiance: I would say the vibe was pretty average; it wasn't quite, nor loud, but business was steady. It certainly would be described as casual and they have TVs playing various different sports so that's convenient if you're interested.

Come get the "yacht" at Trappers in Enumclaw! Evelyn is the best!

The food is amazing and Evelyn is as well!!! Make sure to order "the yacht" and bring an appetite!

Was excited to see a Trapper's open up in lil' ol' Enumclaw and went in the day after their grand opening for lunch. We ordered the tempura vegetables, Timmy, and Mt. Rainier. Tempura vegetables: Super yummy, fried to perfection (in my opinion), came with a good dipping sauce. Perfect for two people. Mt. Rainier: Exactly what I expected as I have ordered this at other Trapper's locations. Would recommend! Timmy: Pretty disappointed in this one.. When our roll came I immediately noticed the majority of the pieces were almost all rice despite the menu saying there should be 4 different types of fish inside. We let our server know and she seemed to agree with us and very quickly had them bring another one out. Their second attempt was valiant but still fell a bit short, half the roll was still very lack luster. They ended up removing the charge for this one completely. I get the restaurant just opened and they may have some kinks to iron out, but it was handled very well, removing only one star because of this. Our server Bobbi was great and very understanding! Our food was brought to us in a timely manner as well! Will return soon but probably won't be ordering Timmy again

my family and I stopped by last night for dinner on grand opening night. we arrived around 4:30 which was perfect because by 5pm there was a bit of a wait. first our server was Sophie. she was super sweet and came by several times to make sure we didn't need anything. for our rolls we had: the mountain. I'd never tried this one before but my husband and daughter wanted to try it. it was good but not in my top 10 from trappers. it was my husbands favorite. the trapper: this is my 2nd favorite roll. I've been getting it for years. it was good and fresh. the Vader. this in my opinion is the best. it has crunch, so so so much flavor. the textures are perfect. it's the trapper on steroids. my husband and daughter split an order of gyoza and they enjoyed them as well. not even a crumb left. I've been to all the trappers locations in the area. this was by far my favorite. I'll be back. soon.

We came into Trapper's Sushi on their Saturday soft opening. We really like the Enumclaw location! Parking is easy because there is a large public parking lot in the heart of downtown, and the restaurant is only one block away. Trapper's Enumclaw is small to medium sized. I would recommend making a reservation to be on the safe side! Here is what we enjoyed: Trapper's Lemonade with Sake: this was a very sweet cocktail! The strawberry and sake were a great combination, and didn't overpower the lemonade. Bubbly Peach Sake-we split a bottle of sake bubbles to celebrate the occasion! I prefer my sake non bubbly, but had never tried it this way. Their sake choice complimented the food. We shared the Trapper's bites as an appetizer. Their imitation crab was great with the dip that they served. It was fresh, chewy and light and set the stage for the following sushi rolls: We loved this combination of four. They all worked so well together and could easily stand alone. Now we know what our go to's are! Samantha roll-this roll was a grilled lobster delight! This roll was hot, creamy and savory. The garlic and avocado really shone here. We also love that part of the proceeds of this roll go to charity! Rammy roll- This was a combo of shrimp and spice. These rolls were hot (as in spicy) and left a nice green onion aftertaste. We loved this. Tis the Salmon- out of the rolls we enjoyed, this was the most unique! I did not know that sushi could have cilantro and totally work until I had this roll. The highlights were the salmon and jalapeño followed by the taste of the cilantro. Monster Roll- The best part was the eel and the teriyaki sauce, but the whole roll came together nicely. Their teriyaki sauce is wonderful and tasted the strongest here. We also got two unagi as well because we do love eel! It was a pleasure to come during the soft opening. It was great to see them find their flow, and the waitstaff and kitchen were hard at work! When going to the back of the restaurant, you could see the chefs preparing the rolls in the open, and also see the fridges displaying the high quality and freshness of their fish. I was impressed by taste of ALL the rolls, as well as the details and the decor. While you wait or after you eat, there is so much to do in close proximity to their location. They nailed their location. Easily a home run! Check it out!

The food was good, but it felt Americanized. If you like sushi that tastes great but is deep fried then this will meet your needs. The happy hour is also excellent and you can get a lot of sushi super affordable. Something other places annoy me with is charging extra for spicy mayo and this place gave us so much with no fuss or extra charges. Service was fast, and didn't have any errors. I'd come back without a doubt.

I've also been here on Saturday evenings when the wait has been 30 minutes to an hour, so I think we just picked a good time to visit. We started with the spicy cucumber salad (which I somehow forgot to take a picture of), and then my husband ordered the General Tso's chicken while I had the beef and broccoli. The server was very friendly, and all of the food came out fresh, hot, and tasted really good. I especially appreciated that everything was served nice and hot. The biggest downside for me was the price. I understand it's inside the casino, but it still felt expensive for what you're getting. My husband's General Tso's chicken with a small serving of rice was around $23, my beef and broccoli was $26, and even the small bowl of cucumber salad was $9 before tax. While my portion was definitely generous, it still felt like a pricey meal for Chinese food. Overall, the food was good and I'd eat here again if I was craving it, but it's definitely one of the more expensive dining options inside Muckleshoot. If you're planning to eat here, I'd expect to spend at least around $25 per person before drinks and tax.
