Stopped in for a simple acrylic nail removal, since it was down the street from me and convenient. Big regret, I should have just driven to my usual salon. There was only 1 other customer, and 2 workers. Immediately from the start I was horrified because her method of acrylic nail removal was trying to pop them off with clippers and another acrylic nail!!! The most damaging thing to your nails. If I wanted them ripped off, I would have done it myself and ruined my own nails at home, for free! I asked if she could soak them off and she seemed irritated that I asked, but she did it. The rest of the time she and the other worker seemed to be arguing. Fortunately she finished my nails properly and got them off and cleaned them up. But I cannot believe any professional nail salon would attempt at just popping off acrylics like that's the best thing to do. The only redeeming factor was that she put cuticle oil and painted my nails clear to finish them off. I ended up paying $15 for this entire service. I'd never return again. read more

Worst place I've ever got my nails and toes done at. Spent $90 for a basic pedicure and set of SHORT nails with shellac. I originally wanted my natural nails to be polished with shellac when taking off an old set I was told my nails were too short she then cut them even more and convince me to get a full setI asked for square round and look at my thumb!! Once my nails were put to dry the nail tech got up and went to the back & never returned. If I could leave no star I would. read more

I am no longer a weekly mani-regular like I was back in the day with bulletproof nails. I just wanted a basic French mani. I was able to sit down right away without an appointment. My manicurist was a real chatty cathy...with her co-worker. The girl just can't stop talking. The rest of the manicurists were fairly silent compared to her. Oh boy, at least she wasn't talking to me. I prefer to zone out. There was a soap was on the tube at the back of the salon, which is not my cup of tea either. At least my manicurist was quick and skilled. She checked to see if I was satisfied with the French tips as she moved on to my right hand. I wished she filed my nails shorter though. Weird, I know. I preferred short nails. Gone are my days of talons. It was refreshing to see this hole-in-the-wall salon was not stuck in the 80s like so many others. They have pedi-chairs that double as massage chairs. And they do offer OPI polishes for some of you OPI-faithfuls, but I don't know if they offer the latest colors since I don't follow OPI trends. read more

I do not recommended this place ! I called for a last minute appointment , which initially I was very appreciative they were able to take me within 5 mins . Very limited color selection to start . Couldn't find a light blue, so I settled for a turquoise blue . Color came out nicely . Paid 85 for a pedi/mani and shellac . Within a few days after my visit , large chunks of nail polish had chipped off . I do not have a strenuous or chemical use reliant position at work . I have never had the experience before . No reason my nails should have been in that condition .I decided to see if they would address my concerns by going in . They male owner reluctantly agreed to redo a couple of the nails that were the worst . He kept saying that it's because it's shellac and he could only guarantee them for three days. He insisted I should have done the powder . He then proceeded to use his nail to peel of the remaining shellac on the three nails he agreed to redo . Didn't need acetone , a grinder or anything in addition to his nail . It peeled off clean with no residue left . It was literally a reminder to me of those nail polishes children use that are non toxic and peel right off !!! Although I know the powder lasts even longer , I have never had shellac that literally peels off cleanly after a few days . I kept insisting that maybe it could be the polish and that he should agree to redo all of my nails with a new color considering, but he said he would charge me 20 and that I should do that powder next time . I declined paying 20 more dollars when I felt as though it should have been an easy decision for him to make to keep a customer at no additional cost . This was an indicator to me that this nail polish is the standard at the salon and they don't have quality products . I continued to tell him I have had my nails done many times and that him peeling off my nail polish like that was not normal . I gave up , allowed him to redo my nails , and the next day , another nail peeled right off . I tried to give his salon the benefit of the doubt and the ability to correct their mistake , but they failed me in every way . I was as polite as I could be and thanked them after , but I will never go back no matter how convenient . I just wasted 85 dollars. read more

This place isn't bad but it's below par for what I expect from experience at goods nail salons. Very limited shellac selection (30 different colors... maybe). Best massage chairs I have sat in at a nail salon! They didn't offer anything to drink like most places. The shellac manicure left something to be desired but the shellac pedicure was good. My tech seemed distracted & hurried through my manicure. Constantly turning around to watch the other girls working. She would not wait for the uv light cycle to finish; my nails were still tacky between coats so the color got mixed with the top coat. She couldn't get the shellac of my toes with the traditional soak method so she filed it off with her electric dremmel tool :/ and again she seemed rushed & distracted. The rest of the pedicure was a good standard pedi. Nothing special or fancy. read more

Another horrible job. Tried to give this place one more shot but NOPE it's just horrible. I definitely do not recommend. The least she could've done was make my two big toes even and square but one corner is rounded and uneven just embarrassing. Should've just done them at home since that's what it looks like. Have been going to this place for 3 years now and never had an issue! Staff is nice and lets you know about the prices before hand. I always get the deluxe pedicure and I love the massage included. They line the foot tub with a plastic bag and always offer you water or a beverage. Chairs are massage chairs. Always satisfied with my pedicure. Never encountered any negative comments or rudeness. I used to come here all the time. The ladies working are great but the guy at the front is pushy and rude. The pedicure nail polish chips off in a few days so they upsell you $3 for vinyl. I've never seen them take tools out of any type of sanitizer or cleaner and the pedicure stations are just wiped down with hand soap, which are the main reasons I stopped going. A pedicure and shellac manicure cost over $90, which I found high, and the shellac didn't last. read more

I have been to this place 3 times, on the first time I got David, he did not give me the shape I wanted he gave me very wide tips and when I asked I wanted nail art he said he didn't have time, that were to busy (it was not busy), the second time I went I got Nancy she was very nice and I got what I wanted, so I came back a third time I asked for Nancy she was not there, I was told to have a seat and and someone would be with me (was told in a unfriendly manner) needless to say I got David again, again he DID NOT give me the shape I wanted, they were very wide and bulky, when I asked him if he could file them more slimmer he got an attitude with me like he was very annoyed, I told him that I would paint them at home,(I came home and shaped them myself). I went to go pay he told me $33.00 when the ticket printed out it printed $30.00, he told me to put $3.00 in the tip, I will be going elsewhere. read more

This salon accepted 30$ payment for a gift card for me from my boyfriend for Valentine's day that they wouldn't even honor because they put an expiration after 3 months. I do not live anywhere near this side of town, it expired yesterday and I don't even get my nails done here so I had resigned to deciding I'd use it to get my eyebrows done if I was ever on this side of town. Today was the only day I had really even looked at the gift certificate and seeing that it expired yesterday I thought if I gave a call they might be nice and help me out. Especially since I live 30 mins away. Nope. They were so rude. The lady argued with me that I should hAve came 3 mos earlier she didn't care that I didn't live over there either. They're crooks! They took my boyfriend's money and did NOT give us the services. This place is awful and you should stay far away! read more

The worst place I've ever gotten my nails done at....they overcharged me for nails that I hate! I repeatedly told the nail tech I didn't like the way they looked and he just ignored me, I would never recommend this place to anyone....waste of money and time! When I complained about being overcharged for a horrible job, he just told me since I don't like them, that I shouldn't come back.
