I would advise anyone who hires this person, to double check the quality of cleanliness. Our carpets have dried down but they do not feel clean. We ran our personal carpet cleaner through the all of our carpets only to realize none of them were cleaned properly. Although he offered to re-do the cleaning, we have already wasted time, money and trust. We will not be referring anyone nor will we be seeking his services again. While I wish I could give this review 5 stars, I simply cannot. First of all, Francisco showed up twenty minutes late. I was going to contact him and find out if he was going to show but then he arrived. Second, he wore his shoes without booties while cleaning my carpets. I don't wear shoes in my home. Third, the carpets "appeared" clean, however, when they dried, the spots were still there. Francisco is very friendly. You can tell he loves his job. But, I hired him to clean my carpets and remove the small spots. They remain! I initially thought of purchasing a carpet cleaner but then figured I would try someone off of Yelp. My mother was at the home while I was at work during the time of cleaning. When I returned home, my tile was nicely cleaned and sealed.
