I use to come here a lot but the service had gone down hill. We recently tried again and found that has improved greatly. One employee in particular made the experience so much better than previous visits. I believe his name was Caiden. He helped get a bunch of different sizes and even checked the back for a couple different things. He was very helpful and made us an any to come back. read more

My boyfriend and I frequently shop at this location. Whenever I go in with him, we are greeted by the girls and offered assistance and they ask 20 times if he needs help. This is the third time I've come in by myself to exchange something that he bought, no one greets me. No one asks if I need help, nothing. The store is always clean and tidy. There is a great selection of merchandise. Generally, the items are priced relatively high, however, they have always got a big clearance section. read more

My husband and I stopped by this O'neill location to find my husband some shorts. Many other stores in the area don't have what we were looking for so we stopped by here. When we entered, we were immediately greeted and helped. The shop was very clean as well. We were helped my Marco and he was awesome! Customer service was AMAZING!!! My wife went shopping with her father and our two boys at this location. Evelyn was so helpful. Evelyn did an amazing job helping my father-in-law get the clothes he needed for his trip to London. My father-in-law really appreciated that she took the time to recommend places to go and places to stay away from. I went to the lake Elsinore outlet and every store I went into I was very disappointed in the customer service, there was no welcome or "how may I help you" it seemed like it was just a bunch of kids that got hired on for a summer job. Everything changed when I went into the O'Neill surf shop, I swear less than a few seconds I was greeted and was asked if I needed any help which I did and they found everything I needed. ALL the employees on 06/29/19 early afternoon were awesome and made my shopping a better experience! Hopefully I'll be able to update with a more positive review. I shopped at the outlet store because of the bold signage for a sale (40% off ALL clothing). After picking out my items, I find that the sale did not apply to my choices. No apology, no explanation, but merely to be told that I was the ONLY customer to complain all day. I emailed corporate, who promptly responded, admitted signs were confusing, sent me a gift card, apologized and promised to speak to manager and sales associate. We'll see how it goes when I return to spend the gift card. NOT impressed with the store itself, but customer service from corporate was fantastic. read more
