I highly recommend Cassidy Tire and service for honest and reputable mechanics. Michael Bailey…read morewent above and beyond with his amazing customer service. I was getting a car ready for my son who is a new driver. He ensured that the car was thoroughly checked over and was genuinely concerned about our safety. It is no wonder that this family owned business has been around for decades due to their integrity and altruistic customer service. I will definitely return for all of our vehicle needs.

I have been a loyal customer for 8 years, i had a family member who was a mechanic for years and just recently moved away, and he would always use Cassidy and always recommend the place for me for tire issues. I got a new car about a year ago so it had been some time since I've been to the shop. i took it in last week for a simple tire rotation and balance something that would have costed me just under $100 has turned into a literally nightmare and costing me hundreds. Cassidy tires stripped my lugnut and claimed to me that the car came in that way, well that doesn't make any sense considering we were able to take the tire off by hand the night before and now the next day it's stripped and can't come off? Weird. Took it to another shop which confirmed with us that it seems like Cassidy put the impact gun on too aggressively and it stripped the lugnut... now i wouldn't have an issue if Cassidy would take responsibility for the issue but they refuse to, they want to charge us $175 an hour to fix a lugnut that they messed up... i am really not one to bash a place or leave a negative review but Cassidy tire has made my entire week and last week a living hell considering i had to get a rental car now because im in an out of town wedding this weekend. my car will need well over a hundreds of dollars in repairs to fix Cassidy's mistake, when they easily could have let me know they stripped it and taken responsibility. If you take your car here, enter at your own risk and just know that if they make a mistake they will not fix it. I also wanted to say that this shop is under new management and it's no good. I know for a fact if it was the same old store manager that I've always dealt he would have made it right and fixed the mistake that day. I'm extremely frustrated, upset and stressed from this large financial burden all caused from Cassidy tire.

Great location!…read more Everyone that works here now is extremely friendly. Good at getting you the right parts and everything you need for a job. In my experience O'rielly in general is better and faster for parts than all the competitors. Adam the assistant manager is awesome and we've built a personal relationship and when I ask for a part he almost always knows which car it's for. Dennis the general manager is great and runs a tight ship. He will always take's care of you and he's very honest. I definitely recommend being a patron to this store.

Unbelievably rude. Didn't even want to have to write this review, but when I called to speak with…read morethe manager the assistant manager John hung up on me. I came in the morning with my dad to replace a car battery. Nobody was at the store so John checked the battery and told us it was dead and needed to be replaced, he said he couldn't do that for us because he didn't have enough people working so to come back at 1pm when more people were working. It seemed fair enough so I went and waited 3 hours to come back and get my battery replaced. I had to jump my car again to get back to the store at 1 and have my friend follow me for the second time on my only day off and wouldn't you know it they tell me that the battery can't be replaced at the store. After telling me to come in 3 hours later I'm sitting at the store with a dead car and John told me to come at 1 for a replacement that supposedly they can't even do. So I called the store after I was finally able to make it home to ask him if the store manager was on staff so that I could speak with them. John tells me that the manager won't be back until Tuesday and then proceeded to hang up on me. A lot of how I was feeling could have been helped with some kindness. Especially with the massive inconvenience that could have been avoided if he would have just looked my car part up or done any of his job that I'm sure he is triained to do. The way that John dismissed me and spoke to me on the phone before hanging up is absolutely unacceptable on an level. If you guys have audio in the store or recorded phone conversations I beg if anyone cares about how people are being treated at this store to listen for yourself.
