They exchanged it for a new one in February of 25. The replacement batterie just died (2/1/26) and does not take or keep a charge. I tried to return it today and I was told they would not honor the warranty. I spoke with the manager and was told their policy is to allow for only 1 return during the warranty period. The attitude I received from the manager was very poor as she did not care to stand behind the product or the warranty.

Not talking about anything like an alternator or fuel filter, this was a five-minute thing, relatively easy for someone who has done it in the past. Now 9:15. Took 20 minutes to complete the purchase part of the transaction, has Logan had to make sure he had exercised his superior knowledge of car parts over me, as if that would somehow make me submit to ..... what? No idea. Installation? "Well, I had a guy due at 9AM, so if you want to wait, he should be around anytime in the next half hour." Sure. Returned to the car. Surprise! Guy came out a few minutes later and fiddled a bit before telling me he wasn't really an install guy, but he'd go get the right guy. Tick-tock, tick-tock. Now 35 minutes past the time I walked in the store. Damn, it's not like it's a doctor's office where you expect to wait or even a take-out meal. It's an auto parts store. They deal with the same crap every single day. But that was enough for me. Went inside with the parts and asked for a refund. Logan Logan Logan wanted to argue. ARGUE. Never again. Never. Oh, postscript. You know how you've read about customers' receipts at different businesses that had ethnic or other slurs on the receipts? At the bottom of mine? "General Lee" "Confused." I needed a battery replacement and he came out to run the free battery test that AutoZone advertises. The test confirmed I needed a new battery, which I knew already because I had been jumping my car for the last month. He rang me up for the 3-year battery and recommended some anti-corrosion pads, which were like $4. While I was at the register Isaac was already outside removing the old battery. By the time Jose brought the battery to Isaac, he had already removed the old one. The new one was installed in about 3 minutes and I was at the shop for 15 minutes total, from the time I pulled up to the time I pulled out. Jose and Isaac were awesome to work with, really kind and knowledgeable. This is what customer service is supposed to be like. I'll be back here for my future needs and it's really all because of them. I highly recommend you get your car needs met here. And make sure to call them to ask when they will have enough staff to install your battery. They get busy and sometimes if they are understaffed, understandably they are unable to help.
