    Service is sometimes slow, not very personal, but the parts are always there as long as you don't need more that 2!!!

    This was my first and last visit to this shop. Holy cow, this place is SO poorly managed…read more Went in yesterday to get a battery that the app said was in stock (the platinum one with a 4 year warranty). I pull up and one of the workers checks the size and says that they don't have any in stock, but that they could do the one with the 3 year warranty. I agreed and dropped off my car. About 30 mins later I go back to get an update and my car hasn't been touched yet. A different associate comes up and tells me that they're out of the 3 year warranty batteries, but the best they could do is the "better" one with only a 2 year warranty. I should have walked away at this point and gone elsewhere, but my wife was planning on taking our kids to an outdoor event the next day and we didn't want to risk them getting stranded, so I agreed. The associate confirmed the price of $109 and change. I finally get the notice that our car is done and get the invoice where the battery is incorrectly priced at $113. A different sales associate had to go verify the price and reluctantly said that he'd honor the price. Also, every time I had to go in to deal with an associate there was either no one working at the desk or there was only one person working at the register, dealing with a customer issue, while the line trailed behind him and no one coming for backup. We have two cars that will be needing routine services (oil changes, tire rotations, etc) but if this is how they operate on a simple battery install (over 2 1/2 hours in-store and poor communication on stock, and poor cashier support), I'll be going elsewhere to get my cars maintained.

    Steven, our salesman, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I was at work and didn't want to…read morewaste anyone's time if the deal wasn't going to work out. He and his sales manager were able to go over everything with me through phone and text, which I truly appreciated. I've purchased many cars over the years, and being able to handle most of the process from home was exceptional. Steven went above and beyond--he walked me through the vehicle's features and made sure I was fully set up with GMC. Many salespeople don't take that extra step anymore, so thank you, Steven, for your time and dedication. I also want to recognize the finance department. Megan made our experience just as enjoyable. We originally had a different finance company, and I mentioned I was hoping to go through GMC instead. She called the next morning to let us know she was able to switch us to GMC financing and secure a lower interest rate. That meant so much--thank you, Megan! Overall, it was a wonderful experience.     Beware!! I was…read morerecently at this location with my mother to have her car serviced. Just so you know I have tried for multiple days trying to reach a general manager and or service director and they bounce my calls around and tell me no one is available. I gave them a chance to stand in front of this and they didn't. I came up here with my mother as she was having work done on her vehicle. The service department claimed the brakes on my mom's car were bad and needed replaced..There were no pictures other then they were bad. I questioned this service tech and he stood behind that. So I took this vehicle to a AAA Authorized Auto Shop and it turns out the brakes had 70% or more pad left.. Pictures of the pads included with review.. I would hate to feel had I not been there with my mother that she would have been taken advantage of had someone who actually knows a bit about cars wasn't there.. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but people come to your business in good faith to get repairs and you embellish or lie about what actually needs to be done.. Instead of going the extra mile to earn trust and show proof and transparency that the work actually needs to be done..
