Oh, she says I'm not doing that right now instead of getting the hose taken care of the customer as she's standing in front of me she goes often does something else worst customer service for the assistant manager ever this woman should not be in a management position. I am a local in town. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I used to come here very often. But the store went down hill fast. Tammy the manager need to be fired. I was surprised today when I bought brake pads for my Acura MDX. Online the cheap organic pads are 32.99 and when I got to the store the 41.99, I asked the lady the difference between the brake pads that I can order on the website and pick up at the store, she said nothing but that's the online price. So I could've walked out to my car ordered them online and then gone in and pick them up and gotten them cheaper, she would not honor the price! Its only $9 difference but that's $9 for gas. Came in here mid day to get a part for my vehicle, there was no one to be found when I was in store, BUT upon arrival I see them all outside like it's a party chatting it up and smoking cigarettes while no associates are in store. Finally someone comes in and I ask for help, when asking for help they made me feel dumb for asking a simple question.. I don't think I'll ever come back here especially when I come from working customer service and retail. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Went here because my check engine light is on. I go inside to see if I can use the scanner and the guy says we don't do that. It literally say on the front window that they do. Then he tells me he can't do it till the morning. Auto zone let's you borrow it in front of the store. I went there first but theirs is broken. Terrible service read more

This morning the battery on my truck would not work so when it finally started we took it to buy a new battery hoping it would not leave us stranded. We went into the store with 3 (visible) employees and two other customers. We were going to purchase a battery for my truck. When we asked the long-haired, younger clerk if they could install the battery, he stated that they were short-handed. I asked my b/f if there was another place where they could install my battery? The clerk responded O'Reilly down the street. So we went to O'Reilly and purchased a $200 battery which Jared gladly installed and offered to clean the terminals. The team at this store is always so helpful whether I'm buying parts or tools these guys know what you need. Alonzo especially that guy is very knowledgeable and helpful had an issue with a rubber plug on the hydraulic pump for my convertible top, he walked outside and helped me solve that didn't ask for me to buy anything or even expect anything other than a thank you. The staff went out of their way to check her make and model, recommend a specific brand of wipers, and install them. She said everyone was very nice, and helpful. These guys were awesome. My car had problems starting because of battery terminal corrosion. I've never done this before, but they tested my battery for free and helped me find the right parts and even loaned me the tools to fix it myself. Will definitely come back. read more

In all my years of retail I have never been so disgusted with the lack of customer service. As a once loyal customer, the fact that they could not honor a simple exchange for a defective product baffles me. So now I'm stuck with something that doesn't work and I now give my business to auto zone .. all over a nine dollar item. They know nothing about customer service. read more
