Worst experience ever at a Pep Boys! The front associate Mike was extremely rude and…read moreunprofessional... he was answering business customer phone calls in-front of me and got very annoyed with every single one of them. At a certain point he slammed and hung up the phone following up with a "stupid people" comment. Awkward silence after that... lol. The employees are so rude no one says Goodmorning or greets you, many customers in the waiting room were complaining about how rude and how long the wait was. Took me 5 hours to get out the door with an oil change. NOT KIDDING!! an oil change took 5 hours. I wish I was making this up. Business owner please look into Mike, the type of behavior I witnessed was very far from ok and take action because I am done with Pep Boys and if you want to prevent current customers from leaving like myself. I also thought I'd mention that the inside is extremely dirty and smells bad. I think they probably sweep the floor maybe once a month. They prioritize Amazon vehicles before anyone else. I asked for help finding the correct bulb for my car. While I did not have the exact model information at that moment, my vehicle was parked right outside the store and clearly visible, as the store is quite small. Luis told me that it was my responsibility to provide the exact model and that he could not assist me otherwise. I explained that the day before, another employee had helped me find the correct bulb and even assisted with installing it. Luis responded that this was not his job and that he would not help me with that. His tone was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. I felt unsupported as a customer and ultimately decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. When I told him this, he simply said that was fine. I believe customer service should include a willingness to assist, especially in situations where help is clearly possible. I hope you can address this situation to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I was excited about this place at first because of it's size. But I found that like most…read morebusinesses money comes before customer service. I ordered a timing belt kit and the below picture (the tensioner) came cracked which is the most expensive item in the kit. We had already installed most of the other parts from the kit so I ordered another tensioner from a different place and put it on. When I called Advanced they said come on down and we will give you credit for the item even though it was part was not part of the kit. The first time I went down there they said I had to talk to the person I talked to on the phone. The second time I drove down there he said he could do nothing about it. My main concern is they sold me a defective part yet I take the loss and not them. With all the auto shops around I know I will never set foot in that place again.

So I have been calling around all morning for parts for my vehicle and I normally go to California…read moreauto supply in Pomona when I called them they said that they didn't have the parts but they would order them from parts Authority in San Bernardino who had the parts and my total is gonna be $114.14 And that they would be delivered to Pomona by 1:30 PM I said can I just pick them up in San Bernardino and they said yes call parts Authority in San Bernardino so I did and for some reason they were trying to charge me $20 more for the same exact parts and they would not have to drive it to Pomona And I said why are you charging me more than they are and they're buying the parts from you the same exact parts the guy was like I don't know who that is but these are our prices. Very rude. Maybe learn some customer service skills.
