After checking out my vehicle I found out that that I needed AAA but then my cell phone died. Asher offered to call AAA for me and he went through all of the prompts for me.These two young men were very helpful, polite and patient with a senior citizen like myself. Then another co-worker who was off duty stopped by the store and was kind enough to offer to give me a jump start and he gave me his time and assistance. All of this took some time and it was a bit chilly outside in the cold but all three of them were still very polite and professional. At the end of the day I was very thankful for all of their help and and support and they made what could have been a very terrible experience a little easier and I felt very much at ease with the how things turned out. The world could use many more people just like you to make life a better place and you could teach people how to treat others who are having a rough day. SERIOUSLY!? So i said no i will ask my husband and i went over to my husband and they looked at each other like "with wide eyes then nodded our way" like check that out. A few years later the battery went dead so I sent it back and they sent me a new one and a bill for 975.00. After hours of talking to a dozen different people there they insisted their 975.00. I refused to pay so they sent a bill for 600.00 to my mom who was literally on her death bed and she paid it. It's the last I've heard from them. The remainder owed was sent to a collection agency. They care nothing for customers just that cash.
