The employee came to my car and carried the old battery in for me so he could test it. It was dead as a doornail even after we charged it at home for several hours. He hooked me up with a great replacement. On a another note, a while back, my daughter said the battery in her car died, do my husband went and night a replacement here. Come to find out, that wasn't the problem at all, so I went to return it. Surprise! They don't allow returns on car batteries. Thankfully, the store manager had mercy on me and refunded my money on the battery anyway as it was unused and untouched other than to transport it to and from the store and my house. He earned my business with that kind act. That's customer service. :)

Matthew took my batteries and charged them overnight, then he tested them and said as much as he would like to make a sale the batteries are in good shape. I appreciate his candor and honesty I know a lot of places that would've said they were bad. He didn't charge me a dime and he also help me carry my batteries to my car for me.
