Admittedly I was really reluctant to make an appointment based on these reviews, but I really…read moreneeded an oil change and this place was (1) near work and (2) near a Target. I made my appointment online at 1pm, showed up on time, and they said it would take an hour. I walked over to Target, shopped to kill time, and came back an hour later and it was done. No issues whatsoever, no complaints. It looks like others have had major issues with other repairs and appointment scheduling, but I honestly had no problems. I'm happy with the service and glad I was able to get this done over my lunch hour!

I was later informed that the inner and outer tie rod ends needed replacement, which I approved. The total cost was over $500. After picking up the vehicle, the issue remained unchanged. I also discovered that the front right tire had been inflated to 47 PSI. Standard PSI is 35 PSI. I returned the next day, and after another alignment inspection, I was told that worn out front tires was most likely causing the issue. I paid an additional $40 at another shop to rotate the tires, but the vehicle still pulled to the right. When I returned again, I was told they could only refund the alignment charge of $138. In the end, I still have the original issue despite spending several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the overall service experience.
