They were getting a LOT of foot traffic because Auto zone was closed and yet Scott was patient with every customer and got to me as soon as he could. We were in need of a particular bulb for a particular older vehicle and a friend had recommended this chain of autocrat stores and this was the most convenient location for us. I am not sure if it the one the neighbor uses but that does not really matter, it was close this time. The manager was training wha appeared to be a brand new employee, step by step on how to use the computer listing, find it in the store etc, while also attending his other duties. It took quite a while to get the entire process finished, more than what we had expected to be a very quick stop. But in the end we left with the correct part, at a good price and even under these circumstances it saved us far more time than having had to take it to local place we often have used in the east event for simple procedures. It had been a while since we used the do it yourself method and still glad we didi. We would go back here again if we had a similar purchase to make and repair to do for ourselves. We appreciate that with a trained employee available it would have lived up to our expectations. But everyone has to learn at some point and these days, already trained new employees are few and far between waiting for employment.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted, treated very nice (not like I was an inconvenience, like the other places I'd been). The place to drive my car in was easy to locate with signs and plenty of room to maneuver. Everything was clean and everyone seemed well organized. I was provided all the information I asked for, verbally and in writing, AND they even washed my car for me, before giving it back! All things that were not provided at other Subaru's around the Denver area. This is the kind of treatment I am used to and have come to expect from Subaru; glad I finally found one in the area that provides it. (I was previously in Northern Virginia where all of this is pretty standard). The story: I had an appointment, which I scheduled online, arrived and drove myself in and checked in with Joshua. He was very nice, actually read my online notes on what I wanted, told me it'd be an hour to an hour and a half (I had requested oil change, all fluids checked, and all systems inspection because my service contract was coming to an end soon and I wanted to ensure that no work was needed). We left and went for a walk around the neighborhood, came back about an hour later and sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is nice because it provides snacks and drinks (although I do wish something more interesting was on the TV's). Without having said anything that we were in there, Joshua came in and found me to give me an update on things. He must have seen us come back, which is nice that he was paying attention to that while busy with other customers too. My car did need an alignment which unfortunately took an additional hour (not sure why an alignment takes that long). Afterwards, Joshua came back and brought me out to explain everything. He even gave me an entire analysis write up they did on my car, which I never received from the other places either. Then pointed me to my car, which was brought inside, so I didn't have to wonder around outside looking for it; and it was even washed up for me. Finally, a Subaru that takes care of their customers! I will mention that the only reason I didn't give this a 5 star is because it took over 2 hours to do this work, which in my experience is excessive for someone who made an appointment and didn't just drop it off in the morning to have done anytime during the day. Normally this would be a lot more irritating as a I value my time, but this inconvenience was easy to overlook, given how well I was treated.

I did get the sense that they value putting a customer into the right car and will take the time to try and do so. I saw other Yelp reviews for Flatirons Imports under its other name Flatirons Subaru, and I'm not the only person who spent a lot of time with a salesperson test driving models and did not end up buying that time around. I think for the patience of the salespeople here, they may not always make a sale that day or that time, but they are earning long term customers who will come back next time and buy. I would buy here in the future.

I have had my camper van in to Repair Masters twice now over a span of 9 months. One repair was pretty involved, new intake manifold gasket, new motor mounts and other maintenance and the second issue was electrical in nature but not as involved. I waited to post a review until I was sure the repairs were lasting because I have been misled and disappointed by mechanics many times in the past. I have been totally happy with both repairs and feel they were done right. The communication with Repair Masters has always been honest and timely. The price is in line with what others charge and I feel they gave me value for my money spent. The people who work there are helpful and do make you feel as though they appreciate your patronage. I will continue to bring my vehicles to Repair Masters in Louisville based on the quality of the repairs, the honest diagnosis of problems, fair prices and how pleasant the people are who work there.
