Despite my having a receipt from the day before purchase, I was refused a return because the package had been opened. Then an attempt was made to sell me a new flashlight! Often I have bought a product obviously opened by a previous customer with no issue at all. This business has lost a customer. I will take my business elsewhere.

Clarity of the screen is dramatically impaired when compared side by side with a stock phone. The screen material is both soft and fragile. I had scratches in 2 days, and cracks in 3 weeks on the new screen. An obvious difference in quality vs the OEM Corning Gorilla Glass. The new screen is not glued down well enough to waterproof the phone. My "waterproof" Samsung S8 now gets fogging behind the camera lenses when I'm out in the rain. You can press on the screen edge and see it flex in towards the frame... the gap lets in moisture. For the price they charged, one would expect quality hardware
