I had called in advance. I spoke to Brian, who assured me that they had the wipers I needed and that he would even install them for me. When I arrived about 1 hour later, Brian greeted me. He went and found the wipers I needed. He double-checked the size, and I paid. Then, he went out into the freezing cold and installed them for me! When he had to go back in to attach the adapters, he made sure that I came in out of the cold also. A few minutes later they were installed, and he made sure I tried them out before I left.
