Usually I would suggest any O'Reilly but when I am waiting in line for 10 mins and an employee tells me someone will be with me soon then goes to the end of the counter and tells the female behind me, who is off work from an O'Reillys and is picking parts up for her husband to come ahead of me. I have an issue. She should have to wait like everyone else. I hope to see customer change here in the future. read more

We purchased a blower resistor for our 2000 Nissan Pathfinder. It didn't solve our problem. I called to return the part and they refused to accept it because it was an electrical part. Nowhere was there any mention of that. The receipt specifically states Blower Resistor Limited warranty. This is an expensive part. Stay away from this company! read more

Came in for a headlight and no one even acknowledged me coming into the store. Customer service could definitely use improvements. Purchased the bulb but wasn't offered any assistance. I know some locations aren't allowed to help with certain things but as a single woman it would've been nice for someone to offer. Instead I cut my hand trying to install it myself and ended up going to an auto shop to get the bulb instead. Returning the one I got from this location. This store gives racist vibes and they definitely make you feel out of place being in a primarily Hispanic area. Won't be back to this location read more

Yay for this location actually honoring their hours! (Can't say the same for 2 miles away...) But, I will gladly thank the employee who was in the middle of closing cleanup that stopped to assist me & the flurry of patrons that came in right after. He did take the time to come out & inspect my engine to verify details. It was only 8pm, still an hour prior to close, but I used to work retail & know how frustrating it is when trying to close for the day! The gentleman who helped me (register receipt says "Jesse") was kind & patient with me. No- I do not know what kind of engine my vehicle has, or anything much mechanical. I know SOME, bare basics... but I also know how technology works. Looking up my make/model/year should give a clear indication. I do know I was entirely overcharged for a basic Honda Accord air filter. It's odd the oil shop quotes me $13 (they were out of stock- hence my visit here) but I just paid $33 here. And, the only reason I visited was because I had a gift card. I feel like I wasted my gift card. Because I opted to look up the part AFTER the fact- every other retailer sells these for half the cost. So, I was either lied to when told "the only one we have in stock is..." the part that conveniently was the MOST expensive, or they truly did not have proper stock. Like I said- I only opted because of a gift card. Knowing I could have gotten this air filter for half the cost at a competitor or any random oil shop doesn't make me eager to come back. The customer service was fantastic but the price attached & dishonesty wasn't in the consumer's favor here. If you don't know- research it before being overcharged for an enhanced part you don't need. The basic will work just fine & when they tell you it is "out of stock"- the next location has it. I should have waited and gone elsewhere. Lesson learned. read more

I walked in and was immediately greeted by an employee, there were a couple people ahead of me so I attempted to find what I was looking for. Once I realized I didn't know what I was doing, Gabriel stepped in and helped my locate what I needed. He even assisted in installing the headlight and new wiper blades- in the pouring rain!! Waited in line for over 20 minutes. Took me 30 seconds to find my item that I needed. Two cashiers working. Two gentlemen stocking. One person in front of me. Two being helped by cashiers. Someone else walked in about 15 minutes in and created a second line. The gentleman in front of me moved up to be helped. The other cashier began to help the guy who created a new line. Cashier's kept answering phones. I finally had enough. I left and went to the one on Elliot and Alma School. In and out in less than a minute. The cashier at the other store was very helpful! I will not back to Arizona Ave. location anytime soon. read more

We stopped today to get 2 filters for our car. We had just got an oil change, and the place wanted 70 dollars for the 2 filters. We drove down the road to O' Reilly auto parts store, and purchased both for $43.00! Not only that Zachary installed them both. Got my rotors turned here and the manager Hector was really pissy with me about unimportant things right from the start. When I got my rotors back they looked good but naturally are 6 thou out in 180 degrees... now my nice car sounds like a $500 minivan because my brakes rub. Thanks O' Reilly. I called this store because I had a blinker light that went out and I wanted to make sure they had the right part in stock. The gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and was immediately able to find what I needed. When I arrived at the store I was lucky enough to get the same gentleman who helped me over the phone. He showed me my different options as far as brand and warranty and convinced me to go with the LED option. He was even able to install them for me even when he wasn't supposed to because of the risk involved because it required him to remove my air filter to get to the blinker light.
