The owner wants me to sign a release if he pays only for the engine repair. That would leave me about $10,000 short on covering the damages I have suffered. I was in the area having driven all night from Los Angeles to be with my family and 95-year-young mother for Memorial Day and to participate in decorating family graves at two cemeteries. To set the stage for the reason for my visit to Rogers Toyota, I had been advised by Los Angeles Police about a week prior to my departure that my low beam headlights were out. Timing had forced me to make the trip with only operational high beams. I had purchased what I believed to be the correct replacement bulbs via the internet for my 2007 Lexus 350 and brought them with me. After being stopped both State and Federal law enforcement for not dimming my lights in Nevada, I was somewhat distraught by the time I reached Lewiston. After my brother-in-law and I attempted to replace the bulbs I had purchased on line for $100 a piece we discovered I had the wrong bulbs. My brother, Bill Stillman, who has done business with Rogers previously, recommended that I take the vehicle to them. I did so and was warmly greeted by Saffire in service and Brandon in Lube Bay. I briefly explain my situation and Brandon offered to have his team check out the low beam issue. I was impressed by the simplicity of checking in for service. There were "no brainer" signs that pointed me to the left side of the service bay for "no appointment" and an "appointment" sign to the right if I had one. Next I received a warm welcome from Glen in parts who checked out the availability of the proper bulb for my vehicle. Upon learning the price for both bulbs was $44.95 and that they would install them for free, I advised them to proceed. Next I meant Christianna from Admin who graciously processed by payment. She offered me coffee and a cookie while waiting. Within a few minutes, less than 8, Ricky from Lube came in with Brandon to advise the new low beam lights had been successfully installed. Brandon then ask if I would like to have the car washed. As it was covered with bugs from the over 800 mile trip, I had planned to wash it myself later in the day. I ask Brandon how much it might cost and he advised it was free. Needless to say I was over joyed and told him to proceed and Cody took charge of the wash. Brandon indicated it might take a few minutes. I decided this would afford me an opportunity update myself on Toyota pickups. Jack walked me through the new and used vehicle options and answered all my questions. He was polite and professional and obviously knew the inventory well. My vehicle wash was completed in less than 10 minutes, wiped down and all the bugs I had collected on my journey from Los Angeles had disappeared. I can't say enough about the user friendly experience of my visit to Rogers Toyota. It is obvious to me that not only the design of the facility and staffing was well orchestrated. It is evident the entire staff is well trained. I want to extend my compliments to everyone that assisted me. The crew at Rogers Toyota is living evidence that exceptional customer service still exists. Thanks to the entire team of professionals who provided me with outstanding customer service.

Generally you pull in to fill up or hit the convenience store and leave. Can be a problem potentially for graduation, game, or parent weekends but this part of Pullman doesn't see a lot of traffic. Inside the store has the essentials. Alcohol. Cigarettes. Snacks and all the usual drinks you'd expect anywhere else. You can purchase lotto tickets and "put twenty dollars on pump ten" if that's your style. Some hot food but it's certainly questionable. Give the other reviews a view. Works in a pinch but it's not a brand new station. Just some nice people and depending on the day the cheapest gas in town.

The lady that texts information, texted like she knew what was going on with the vehicle when she didn't. We brought the vehicle in several times explaining the situation to the service department and have to pay $200 every time we bring it in, mind you costs for repairs would be substantially higher into the 1000s. One of our first repairs was the rack and pinion impacting the steering column, they charged us and when we got it back the vehicle was shaking and making clunking noises, so we brought it back, and they said a U-bolt was forgot to be put on and fastening it was not done. This was very dangerous for us to trust to bring it back for anything else as we drive quite a bit in this vehicle as it is our family vehicle. The latest starts in the spring time (April) when our dual heating and cooling was not working correctly, regardless of what we told the service department, they went and replaced several other sensors, heater core, it was a mess and the problem still persisted after several times bringing it in and paying the deductible. One time they said it was finished, had us pay and sent us off with parts and tools still in the back seat as if they weren't put in, the middle console was extremely loose flopping everywhere. So, we finally contacted the owner and GM of Wysup and they promised better service from there on out, except the problem in the spring time was never fixed fully correctly. Fast forward to today, we just received our vehicle back for and temperature control on the passenger side and rear controls. It still does not work and in this winter, the back only blows cold air and the temperature only allows syncing so both sides have to have the same temperature. They said they recalibrated everything and took several drive tests to warm the vehicle and test it and that it was functioning correctly. Now, this is a luxury vehicle and we paid for it and the warranty to have it function properly. My wife and I did a simple research of the problem and was able to give them specifics of what we found that needed to be fixed. They did not listen to anything we said and come to find out after replacing several other things, the actuator door or mechanism for how the actuator door is processed to correctly distribute the set temperatures for each seat was not fixed. Their communication used too many words, explaining themselves over and over, when we saw them as excuses and condescending as if we didn't know how our own vehicle should run. It was unfortunate and we will never do service with them again or buy a vehicle there.

Fast forward to the end of 2 weeks, my husband tried to call countless times to check on the progress as we hadn't heard anything. No answer, so he left a message. Rinse and repeat that 'call, no answer, left message' process for about a week, until we finally determined an in-person visit was the only way to speak to someone. I had to schedule time away from work and my husband did as well, to make the fairly quick but incredibly inconvenient trip to the shop just to speak to someone. My husband was given the news that they thought the car might be totaled, but they were waiting on confirmation and should have that by the end of the week. Fast forward to the following week, and once again, no word from the shop. No answer to his calls and no returned call from the left messages. So once again, we scheduled time away from both our jobs to physically go to the shop and speak to someone. We were told that the car was indeed totaled and they had known since the week before. The receptionist apologized and said she should have called. Unfortunately, they made a difficult situation even more difficult, at least doubling the time our family of 5 (4 drivers) was down to one car, so I absolutely cannot recommend this business to anyone.
