Unfortunatly this place got me pretty good. Long story short, I agreed to pay them $130 to see if…read moremy exhaust manifold were bad or leaking (diagnostic). Afterwards I agreed to pay them $2100 to have my entire exhaust pipe replaced, including both exhaust manifolds. I arrive to pickup my truck about 4 days later, I pay them and go home to check over their work. It looks like they replaced the manifolds, but they used the old hardware for the manifolds. Then you can clearly see the manifolds attaching to my old red, brown and rusty exhaust pipe. Then at the very end of my exhaust pipe (That was supposed to be replaced) they asked a 2 year old to weld this skinny exhaust tube to my old exhaust pipe. Im an honest and nice guy. Common, I seriously cant trust anyone now days. Very sad. Now watch them type some silly response to this. "Oh my goodness sir, were so sorry this miscommunication happened, please call our office at 706-327-2114" I am such an idiot. Please read over reviews before you go with a company. There was a bit of back and forth, but the service manager (TJ) did the right thing and made it right. His actions have given me a greater sense of truly being taken care of. TJ gets a 5+ star rating. However, the service department seems in disarray. I get that customers can be very demanding (me) wanting things fixed as fast as the channel changer to your tv, but there seems to be too much drama happening there. They seem to be down a service advisor or two, and TJ is the glue holding things together. All in all a stressful but positive experience.
