Set an appointment online for 10 a.m. for an oil change and slow leak in 1 tire. Got to store at 9:50 a.m. 3 techs and one sales on staff. They did not take the truck into a bay until 11:15 a.m. The truck sat in a bay untouched until 12:10 p.m. At 12:40 p.m., they came to let me know they could not patch the tire because a previous plug made it not possible. Told them to put the spare on, and I would deal with it tomorrow. REALLY! 3+ hours for an oil change and tire repair. With an appointment! If Tron actually worked on the jobs in the shop instead of sitting in a side office playing on his phone for a combined 2 hours, my service would have been done in an hour or less. And the three other people who sat waiting would probably say the same. read more

Put my wheel bearing on backwards after it was "fixed" Drove off, my car wouldn't stop. Brought it back, they drove my car somewhere and were gone for 20 minutes... my car "magically" was in the condition I brought it in when they returned. Took my car to the Honda dealership and they said it had been put on backwards. 6 months later I need a new wheel bearing and spindle bc the place that put it on backwards damaged the spindle... would not recommend. 0 stars. Daughter had a nail in her tire, took it to Mavis and they said oh we can't fix this you will need to purchase a $160 tire. Went and picked up my daughter car and took it to another Mavis and they were able to fix it with no problem. This Mavis is taking people money, STAY AWAY with all cause. Do not use this business. So about 3 weeks ago my husband went to have his tires rotated and oil changed. While he was there they hit the yellow poles . Thank God for the brush guard or it would have been a total lost. You know accidents happen. We have been faithful customers 10 + yrs. So we expected the company to do the right thing and just have it fixed we have gotten nothing but the run around . I think yall need to reevaluate your district Manger. We have to call corporate just to talk to someone . Then the district Manger Justin still won't call you back and the one time he did he you could tell he didn't want to deal with it. So can yall just please fix the truck and make sure he has transportation to work and I promise you will never see us again. I will be paying off and canceling my Mavis card read more

We had tires put on our vehicle about a year ago at this same location. They told us at the time that the lug nuts were on too tight and they had to break them off. Ok, I guess it happens. Fast forward a year and guess what? The same car is in for new tires again (first problem) and we get a call, lug nuts are on too tight and they have to be broken off and replaced. That will be another $200. This store is the ones that put them on!! We will never use this mavis again. Probably avoid the whole chain if possible. read more

I had 2 tires replaced on my car on a Saturday afternoon, June 1st, 2024. Before I scheduled my appointment and had the tires special ordered I verified with the store that they accepted the Goodyear credit card. The Goodyear credit card has promotional rates where no interest is charged for 6 months. When my tire change was complete it was late afternoon near closing time. When they ran my Goodyear credit card the transaction did not go through. They tried several times but it never worked. They called the Mavis support line but they are closed on the weekend. I called the Goodyear support line and talked to them for quite a while where I found out that my card was still active, had an available credit limit of well over the cost of the new tires that I purchased, and that they were not seeing any transactions on my card, not even declined transactions. They told me to have Mavis call them from the store's land line and perhaps they could help. Mavis called, they tried a few different things, but they still could not get the system to complete the transaction. So now Mavis presented me with only 3 options at this point. Use a different form of payment (without a promotional rate), apply for Mavis's store credit card that has a promotional rate, or leave my car at the shop for the weekend until their customer care line was manned again. I offered to have them take the new tires back and put my old ones on but the mechanics had all left for the day and the Store Manager would not do it. I asked to talk to the district and regional managers but they were not answering their phones. I wound up having to apply for their store credit card just to get my car back which affected my credit rating and I should not have been forced to do that just to be able to leave with my car. read more

Great customer service! They didn't try over selling anything or 'fixing' an issue that wasn't there. My main concern was taking care of and they even offered to check out my brakes and battery as a complimentary service. After looking at my car the guy showed what the issues were with my tire and why I was experiencing my problem. Gave me a quote and started working on my car right away. Took a little over an hour & a half to get two new tires and an alignment. I was satisfied with wait time being that it was a Saturday and I was a walk-in. Affordable service and honest about everything they did to my vehicle. Will be returning to get my other two tires done. Definitely recommend them! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment for 10:00 am four days before the appointment. Arrived at 10:00 am and the guy at the counter asked me if I would be waiting or coming back. I told him I would wait. They have a sign up in their lobby that asks you to please not wait in the lobby due to covid....which means you "should" wait outside or somewhere else. I spent three hours walking around to different stores killing time. After three hours I saw that my car had not even been moved from where I parked it. I went back to Mavis and sat in the lobby. For an entire hour I sat that in the lobby. After four hours total of being there I asked the front counter person about the status of my vehicle and he told me they can't find my parts!! Said they have been looking for my tires and they are nowhere........??????? So why didn't he tell me this instead of wasting 4 hours of my time. I took off of work to get this done and sat in front of him for an hour after already having waited for three hours and he didn't bother to tell me anything. I was right in front of him for a long time AND I made sure they had my phone number when I arrived just in case I was walking around when it got done. They could've called me at any point during this. It didn't get done. The man at the front was inconsiderate and rude and apparently a coward, having not wanted to tell me he was wasting my time with me sitting 10 feet away from him. I got my keys back and left. Don't make an appointment at this place. They don't respect your time enough to even know what an appointment is and can't even prepare for it four day in advance for a time THEY suggested to YOU. read more

I had my car in for service on July 5th and left it there for an oil change and tire rotation . I was called several hours later to pick it up . Upon driving it home I noticed that the tire pressure pressure was not correct in any of the tires and the service indicator on the dash was not reset, I began at that point, to have doubts about the oil change. I called Mavis to report this and the phone was not answered. read more

I have bought a tire from this location 3 separate times. Want to give caution to those who truly care about their vehicles. First trip was on new car less than 5000 miles. Bolt in tire and had to be replaced. I took tire off car myself. Cleaned the rim and even took pictures of alloy wheel. Sure enough when I got tire back wheel had noticeable scuff where paint or coating on wheel was damaged. Told manager number one who told me it wasn't possible as there machine is designed to prevent this. Would have to talk to manager #2 next day. I did and he said not possible also totally dismissed and said they would turn over to corporate. Nothing from then until a called them several weeks later. I talked to corporate rep a few times and even sent him before and after pictures. He never called me back. Moral of story: If you truly care about superficial damage to your car don't go here. These scammers charged my daughter for an oil change, then didn't even change the oil. Quart low when it went in, quart low when it came out. Wanted to charge 500 dollars for changing 2 rear brake pads and rotors (30 minutes work and 90 dollars worth of parts). POS place in my opinion. read more
