    Truck left and didn't put the cone out. Next customer will have the same issue.

    Went there to get a fuse. Parked in a spot in front of the store. Got blocked in by a small company truck. Went inside to let someone know. The person behind the counter said " Oh yeah, that one of ours. That's why we put a cone there". There was no cone there. This person talked to me in a demeaning tone as if I was stupid and blind. There are 5 spots in front of the store and they are all full with employees and company vehicles. All backed in. This is how I could tell they were not customers. Then I ask the driver of the truck, "Is that the manager?". " No, he is a contractor ". Why would there be a contractor behind the counter talking rudely to customers? Got me. In addition, both trucks had the cones in the back of the trucks. This place needs a little cleanup and training. There is one on Newport Blvd. I would go there instead.

    Incompetence at its finest at this location. Went to buy an oil filter today and even gave them my license plate number to confirm the exact vehicle that it would be going on. Long story short, they sold me the wrong one. It was a colossal waste of time and pure incompetence by the staff. Highly recommend you double and triple checking before going to this place.

    Replacing my old alternator was simple. O'Reilly Auto Parts always has the parts and tools I need to get any job done.

    I can find or order anything I need to keep my car running great. I am the type to change my own oil and fix the issues with my mid 2000's Honda. It's not too hard, as long as you follow the advice of the experts. O' Reilly has helped me with my check engine lights, alternator repairs and even had stock of nice pine trees that smell great. The staff is always helpful. Every location I have visited has had a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

    Great SERVICE Recently, I brought my car in for service. My service advisor, Mr. Jose, was amazing. He walked me through the entire process, explained everything that was happening, and communicated with me in a timely and professional manner throughout the service. I haven't been back to this location for service in years. It is now a very welcoming space. It's exactly how you want to feel when you bring your car in for service -- informed, valued, and taken care of. Because of the excellent experience I had with Mr. Jose and the rest of the staff when I arrived, I will not hesitate to return in the future.

    [This is a summary of all my previous and current reviews.]…read more I brought my Fiat 500e in on June 9 for a PRND error and was charged almost $3,000 for a transmission replacement. Within weeks, the exact same issue came back, leaving me stranded multiple times. After nearly 3 months without my car, they even tried to charge me almost $2,000 for a transmission harness. They only fixed it under warranty after I documented the timeline and pointed out their misdiagnosis in the first repair. Communication was poor, accountability was lacking, and they twice tried to overcharge me--making this an incredibly stressful experience. The only positive was Joe in service, who personally came to my home twice to perform park releases (so we could tow it back to the dealer) and kept me informed. Unfortunately, one employee's effort cannot make up for months of negligence by the dealership as a whole.
