I came in for testing to see if my battery was bad and it definitely was! Now, it's part of their normal promised service to replace a battery for free, but mine was extra special. The main terminal was completely corroded as well as being too big to get back onto the new battery. So he had to find a new terminal for me, but in order to put it on, he spent almost an hour working over the hood of my car in the cold and wind. Plus there were other customers to help in the meantime! The only cost was to pay for the new terminal cap piece. There was no cost for his labor at all. Rich was kind, patient, very understanding, straightforward, helpful, and more. When I tried to give him a tip of thanks at the very end, he said "thank you, but no thank you" and that the best way to show him thanks was to just keep smiling for the rest the day. The service was completed in a few hours, right on schedule, and the price they quoted was correct in the end. Additionally, the staffer who returned our key took the time to sit in the car with me (it's my vehicle to drive but my husband is the one who knows the technical stuff) and show me how all the new features worked, and answer all my questions. I am so happy with the new stereo & backup camera, the price, the service and the quality if the work. I had this done a month ago, and everything is working flawlessly. I was told it would be about 30-35 minutes wait time. Currently I can see it hasn't made its way to the bay. I'm here for the free rotation and balancing, and I expect I'll get it back without issue. Sure enough that's what happened. I was told the tires did not need balancing, so I guess that's a plus. Took slightly less than 30 minutes. Yay! I'd go back again.
