I asked them if I would be able to get my $10 back from the shipping since the part was not the correct one and they said no on special orders they can't do that. What??? I don't understand that. I need every dollar because I am a senior woman on disability and I don't think I will order anything from O'Reilly's again. I do want to add they are always very friendly and happy to help you but that policy is not good.

The kicker, I purchased a Toyota Care premium wrap coverage when I bought my car 3 years ago from another dealer, and the contract says to go to the dealer of purchase. Luckily, the folks I talked to on the phone were chill, looked up my car, and said it was totally fine for them to take a peep. Brandon got me checked in on the morning of service, and he estimated I'd be done in about an hour or less. I made my way to the waiting area and was actually surprised to see how well they'd set it up for folks. There's a good amount of chairs with a TV, and then a little nook with an L-shape table for those of us on the clock who need a spot to post up and work. They even had a convenience corner with a self-serve kiosk to buy snacks/drinks. I was, in fact, done in just under an hour since my car only needed a tire rotation and standard look over for the 35k mile mark (and at no cost). Admittedly, I was nervous to bring my car in after reading a few not-so-great reviews from other folks here, but I decided to give it a shot anyway. Glad it worked out!

Recently received "failure" messages regarding the blind spot detection system and asked the Service Department to evaluate this issue. My vehicle was returned with an 8 inch gash (about 2-3 inches wide) on the right rear side panel just behind and above the right rear tire. I brought my vehicle back as soon as I saw this gash and asked for help closing this gash. The assistant service manager asserted that this open gash was present when I brought the vehicle in for repair. I was shocked by his comments and refusal to help close this gash. So much for customer service or loyalty after relying on their Service Department for the past 6 years! I will never have anything to do with the Service Department at Molle Toyota again and urge other consumers to exercise great caution!

I had planned on leaving it and getting an Uber back to my office to pick up up after work, but they were able to take my car in immediately, figure out where the puncture was and that it could be fixed and repaired it within 25 minutes all for an affordable cost. The staff was personable and professional, specifically I believe I worked with Joel as he was the guy who originally spoke with me from the counter when I walked in and he was knowledgeable and good at getting me in and out with a repaired tire! Waiting lounge was clean and comfy. Will be coming back for all future auto work that they can cover in the future.
