I went back to Advance Auto Parts to exchange them for the correct size and they wouldn't exchange them because it was past their 45 day return policy. The blades were in their original packaging and unopened. They had the correct size in stock and were willing to sell them to me with a $5 discount. LOL! Gee thanks! It was their error! They charged me for the two wheels that I wanted, and their card reader said the transaction was…read moreapproved. The cashier insisted that it didn't go through and that I had to swipe my card again. I showed her on my bank app that it was a pending charge. She insisted that it would not go through and that if I wanted to leave with the parts, I had to swipe my card again. I did, and now I have two posted identical charges on my card. I went in to have one refunded (there was another customer in front of me with the same complaint). We were taken to an office where they checked our receipts and our bank statements and they took down our contact info. They said they couldn't refund us right then and there but that they would call us. It's the next day and I haven't received a call. This is a crooked business and I'm convinced that this is just part of their profit-boosting business model. They just hope people aren't checking their bank statements. On top of all of this, the vehicles in their inventory are stripped to oblivion. The vehicles are just empty husks. Take your business to one of the other junkyards in the Denver Metro area. This place needs to sink.
