I went in to have one refunded (there was another customer in front of me with the same complaint). We were taken to an office where they checked our receipts and our bank statements and they took down our contact info. They said they couldn't refund us right then and there but that they would call us. It's the next day and I haven't received a call. This is a crooked business and I'm convinced that this is just part of their profit-boosting business model. They just hope people aren't checking their bank statements. On top of all of this, the vehicles in their inventory are stripped to oblivion. The vehicles are just empty husks. Take your business to one of the other junkyards in the Denver Metro area. This place needs to sink.

Lies; I watched the cashier hold up several one hundred dollar bills up to the light ensuring they were not counterfeit while I waited in line to be serviced! I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service at each O'Reilly auto parts I went to!
