I trickle charged my 7 year old battery on Saturday and drove to Riley's Sunday for a new one. Ben was behind the counter that morning and helped me find the absolute right one for my car and came out and happily installed it for me. Kac stood by as reassurance for an outstanding result all together. When I started the car up initially, it seemed a bit sluggish at first...I mentioned it to Ben and he quickly went in and got a tester, hooked it up to make sure the starter, alternator and all were operating at 100%....and everything was fine. I came in after getting a jump start to have my battery tested. Kac helped me immediately and was super nice about it. He recommended a new battery and helped find a good deal on one. I had been needing new wiper blades for a while too so I went ahead and added those on as well. Installation was done impressively quickly. He ran into a little problem installing the rear wiper blade, no big deal. He was going to refund that part of my purchase, but then other staff members hopped in with suggestions until Miguel hit on the right one.
