Recently, I found myself in a difficult situation when the water pump on our Mercedes went out. None of the local stores had the part in stock, so I spent nearly $400 ordering it directly from AutoZone's website. While waiting on the part, I parked in a clean, out-of-the-way area of the lot where no cars typically park, and began preparing the vehicle for the installation. What followed was surprising and disheartening. Instead of a simple conversation or a show of understanding, the manager made the decision to call the police on me. Thankfully, the responding officer showed empathy and chose not to escalate the situation. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it -- the store's contracted tow truck was sent out twice, though even the driver expressed discomfort with towing us, recognizing the situation for what it was: people going through a tough time, trying to fix their car and move on respectfully. And yet, early Sunday morning -- 8:45 AM -- I was berated by the manager in front of her staff. I apologized, explained I was nearly finished, and asked for just a few more hours to complete the repair. Her tone remained harsh and dismissive, calling our vehicle an "eyesore" more than once. For context: our Mercedes, while temporarily immobile, Blue Books for over $20,000 in its current condition. So to call it an "eyesore" was not only inaccurate -- it was unkind. As someone who has worked in hospitality and management for over 15 years, I've faced far more difficult situations with far more grace. Leadership is not about flexing authority -- it's about setting the tone, finding solutions, and recognizing when compassion is more powerful than control. Had she approached me respectfully, I would've gone the extra mile to finish immediately. Instead, the energy she gave was adversarial from the start. This review is not about revenge or anger. It's about the hope that this manager reflects on how her actions reflect on her team and on AutoZone as a whole. Management is a privilege, not a platform for power trips. And when you're in that role, you're not just solving problems -- you're teaching your staff how to treat people. I truly hope she sees this not as criticism, but as an opportunity. With the right mindset, she can grow. She can choose to lead with empathy and teach her team to do the same. Because in the end, it's not about a car part or a parking space -- it's about how we treat one another when it matters most.

We were looking for a travel trailer that we could tow with a 4 Runner and could not find one on the lot that was under 3200 lbs so we left. A couple days later Bill called and said he found one that was under that weight in Idaho and we liked the floor plan so we agreed to purchase that one. After signing the contract and two weeks later they had the RV. We conducted a review of the vehicle and took it home. When we got home we realized it was 3900 pound dry weight instead of under 3200. We called the dealer and said this is not what we ordered and wanted to take it back. We were even willing to try getting another RV on the lot. The paperwork we signed had different VIN and model numbers. We brought that to the dealers attention and they basically stated too bad so sad... you just have buyers remorse. We pointed out that we were clear with the sales person about the weight and floor plan but the manager did not care. There seems to be a bait and switch because they could not get the agreed upon model so they found one that was similar. They lied and said they models were exactly the same but we know they are not. I would not trust this dealership at all. Beware!! WE a seniors and feel they took advantage of our lack of knowledge with RVs.

I had them replace my master cylinder and slave cylinder for brakes, and they not only did not do it correctly the first time, but also made me feel wrong when I found the master was leaking. It was not until the shop owner got involved that it was fixed. I additionally had my spark plugs to go in to be changed when they did a smoke test a while back, and their technician advised I keep the current ones in the car and assured me they were good. The day after, I inspected them to find they were burnt through the iode and the 6th plug was hand loose. Additionally, the shop manager assured me that there were no codes (in the process of chasing a misfire), and again, I went and bought my own scanner for BMWs specifically and found several codes relating to the misfire. In my most recent exchange, my idler pulley broke after an alternator repair after about 100-ish miles, and when I asked them, they didn't see the faulty part as the idle pulley needs to be removed to replace the alternator. Angel (the shop manager) said that part didn't need to be removed to fix the alternator. A blatant lie. All of this work makes me question why they charge manufacturer labor, not the actual time it takes to replace parts (which I would understand if they had corrected the first time around). In addition to this, I confronted the shop manager about why they had moved my own purchased parts from the floor of the vehicle, and he said to keep them safe. He moved the brake pads to the seat and left a camshaft position sensor on the floor, which sounds like looking through my parts for reasons he didn't care to explain. Instead, he said he was done with me and my issues regarding the shop and its integrity in their work. I really wanted to love this shop, but after being inconsistent, charging for time that isn't necessary for work for an incomplete job, while being dishonest and making it look like I was the problem, after paying thousands for work sucks as a repeated and long-time customer. I unfortunately would not recommend.
