Bought a battery, literally 4 months out of warranty. Which makes it a year and 4 months old. Called to see if they can help me out, guy on the phone was a compelete smartass. He was counting out months to me like I was a child, I told him not to be a smartass, he told me not to be or he wouldn't help me out and he hung up. I went in since I was on my way in anyway. Dude comes out, he had his buddies back, saying he heard the whole conversation and I was wrong and that his coworker had me on speaker. I told him that was lie. he was bs and I told him there was no need to lie, he told me his coworker didn't hang up. I asked him if he was calling me a liar. He stopped and got his buddy involved a little guy named Chris Hermosillo. I asked if he could call his boss and ask if they can help me out. He said yeah, he did.... They offered me 15% off. I'm a veteran and deaf out of one ear so I repeatedly asked him 50% or 15%. I swore he said 50 so I said yeah I'll take it. Thank you. His boss was still on the phone and I verified one more time and he got all angry and said 15%. I told him na, they could do better. A battery for a Motorcyle shouldn't die in 1 yr 4 months. He was talking to me like he grew up in a pretend Compton. Calling me dog and homie. He said take the deal or leave. I asked for his regional manager number or email, he asked his boss on the phone.... His boss hung up on him. They became completely rude and told me to buy the battery or leave and said they didn't have anyone number and they would t call their boss back. Bunch of wannabe tough guys. I will never buy a battery here from this location again. I shouldn't have to explain my loss of hearing to anyone. Purchased three lifetime watch battery replacements in 2015 and 2016. Had them stowed away for years and brought them out and all batteries were dead. Figured I would take them to get the batteries replaced and also take a fourth watch to purchase a battery. Employee ( I believe his name was Chris) took the watches after looking up my information in the system. He replaced two batteries and said he couldn't do the third one, because he was afraid he might break the watch. I brought the fourth watch up and asked if we could use the battery for the fourth one. He said no and he would have to charge me for the fourth one. I then asked, "so am I just out of luck on this third battery replacements?" Of which he replied "Yes, and you're lucky, because they should not have even allowed you to purchase the lifetime warranty's for your watches". He said, he wasn't around then and he would not have done it. Two of the watches were Seiko and one was Fossil. Not sure what the rules were/are, but I paid for the lifetime battery replacement and should expect that. Long story short, maybe some training in customer service as well as watch repair should be in order, assuming Chris can get beyond the arrogant attitude. We were in line and let a gentle go ahead of us and another gentle was behind us. The long haired rude dude looks at the gentlemen behind us and asks him if he was ahead of us. Employee said it would be a couple weeks before they could replace the batteries because the guy that could do it was on vacation. Received a VM 1/25/24 telling me it was ready for pick up. There were no other details in the VM. I go to pick it up today. 2/2. When I arrived to pick it up, he told me he threw away the base and batteries. NOTHING TO EVEN PICK UP! GONE IN THE GARBAGE WITHOUT CONSENT! As a customer, IF they were corroded and couldn't be fixed, that should have been IN THE VM! He told me it had been there for a month. He told me in the beginning it would be a few weeks! As a business, it should have NEVER been thrown away! The call I received said, "It was ready to be picked up." I've now used them several times for key fob batteries for our different cars, and again today when I couldn't find a bulb I needed in stock at Lowes or Home Depot. Their prices are okay, but not great - but they always seem to have what I need in stock and will swap them out for you while you wait which is convenient. Between the convenience and the regular availability of batteries I have trouble getting elsewhere, they are worth returning to. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars in my book are slightly higher prices. In the end, still a good place in my opinion. read more

Purchased new batteries with 225 amp hour 6 volt for our RV. Used the RV one times and they discharged down to zero volts on a 3 day trip. Took the batteries back to same location purchased and was told they would recharge them. When they did, the batteries still wouldn't hold a charge for the employee so the red headed young man was trying to be helped up but they didn't have the same battery to replace even, but they had a lesser 6 volt amp hour battery that they replaced them with. They didn't even offer to make up the difference in refund or try to get batteries we originally ordered replaced. Headed back now to demand full refund since we have only had them 1 month. I want to retract my previous review related to my iPhone XE. Kurt (manager) reached out to me and offered to buy me a refurbished XE since they are out of production. Not only did he purchase me a phone, but found out what the issue was with my XE and was able to fix it. I chose to take my repaired XE back and am now a happy camper. Well today was my first and last time shopping here. I called ahead and spoke to Kurt or whatever his name is, asking if they had a specific light bulb he told me to wait a minute so he could check in the computer system after getting back with me stated that he had 20 bulbs available I said great I'd be down on my way. I get to the store he starts looking up the number that I gave him at first hands me the wrong bulbs there's no they're not the right size then goes back and checked again and goes all somebody must be messing with our system we don't have any so at first they had 20 and now they don't have any that's crap. In every line of business you will have the 10% that are never happy. I recently took a IPAD 4 to this store and it was dead a few days later it was alive. Brought my IPad in for the screen to be fixed. What was suppose to be a couple hour job was almost 5 days. Granted I dropped it off in a Friday evening knowing I probably wasn't going to get it back till Saturday. 3 times I was told someone would call me. I had to call them every time. The worst part is when I went to pick it up there was a line right down the middle of it. Did they think I was so dumb I wouldn't notice it. Add another day for them to fix that. We've purchased batteries here over the years and have never been disappointed. This week was an even better experience. Our 9-year-old broke off a charger in her iPad. Panic set in and we knew we needed professional help. We easily made an appointment online and upon arriving learned the part would need to be ordered and it would take 5-7 days. That's practically forever in 9-year-old time. The owner stopped and asked to look at the iPad to see how bad it was. Then he proceeded to work on it until he was able to pull out the broken charger piece. He saved us a bundle of money (and our sanity). I cannot thank him enough! Needed a new battery for my 49cc scooter. Went in and worked with Jake. He was kind and got me what I needed. Battery was $54.99+ tax. Kinda expensive since my car battery was only $40 :/. They do have a 1 year warranty on the battery though which is good. But what they don't tell you is if the battery has NO charge it voids the warranty so you need to make sure you keep it on a trickle charger if you do not use it constantly. read more
