That person at your front desk! I called at 9:59 this morning 7/31/26 and the first thing I heard…read morewas "your call is being recorded". Well if that's the case , she should have been removed from the call immediately! She is rude, talks over you, continually saying " how can I help you, how can I help you" over and over when I'm telling her the part that I need. She has no idea what I'm looking for. I questioned the location because there's multiple numbers for this ABC auto parts. She's constantly saying Riverdale, Riverdale, Riverdale and I still couldn't verify the number and address so after eight minutes of rudeness and over talking me I requested to speak to someone else and was told that someone else would call me back. The call ended at 10:07. I'm sure no one will call me back and if they do, I would definitely update this review. She is not hard to identify so someone should be coaching her especially if they want business. I know most places feel you lose one and get another one. Eventually you'll end up losing it all. I wouldn't recommend no one to this place. That's plenty of other places where you can go and spend your money and get treated better and remember your receptionist is the first line of contact so I see why they are the reviews are what they are.

I originally brought in a battery that was--and still is--valid under a 3-year warranty. When I…read morewent into the store, staff falsely claimed that I had never purchased the battery under my account at all, refusing to honor the warranty. Forced to get my car working, I bought a second battery out of pocket, which has already died--proving their product quality is just as bad as their service. The worst part? When looking at my account records now, that original battery--the one they claimed didn't exist--is suddenly listed as "RETURNED" on my receipt history. I never returned that battery. They lied to my face so I would buy a new one, and then fraudulently logged my original warranty battery as returned in their system. On top of all this, every time you call this location, you get stuck on hold forever despite the store being dead empty whenever you walk in. Something extremely dishonest is happening at this location. O'Reilly's will never see another dollar from meI am strictly taking my business to AutoZone from here on out.

My headlight burned out. I went in, asking if they replaced head lights. The guy behind the counter…read moresaid "All depends on the car. Let's go see what you got." No tisking, no sighing, no rolling of the eyes, no stalling...just grabbed his coat, put it on, and said "show me which car is yours, and pop the hood". Took a look at it, asked me to turn the headlights on, then off. Took out the bad headlight, went in, matched up a replacement, I paid for it, and he installed the new one for me...at sunset, when snow was starting to fall. Good price on the headlight, and fabulous customer service. I'll be back for all my car needs, and I'm telling everyone about the great experience I had.
