They did recommend replacing one old, corroded tire, and I decided to go ahead and change the two front ones. Since the new tires had to be ordered, they asked me to return later in the afternoon. I mentioned I had an appointment in Temecula, and they immediately offered to swap out the corroded tire with a new one temporarily so I wouldn't be driving on something unsafe. Wow... talk about thoughtful, caring service! This is officially my new spot!

He was not high pressure for a sale, and even showed me how to make bass adjustments on my existing system. While the price for the new radio install was more than I wanted to pay, I could not be happier with it and I think not was worth the money. I opted to have them retain all of the steering wheel controls. He even connected my existing back up camera to the new system. Additionally I love the new dash cam. A driver was getting aggressive in traffic after a baseball game the other day and I pointed to the camera and said go ahead I have it all recording and he backed off and quit cutting people off. So it is definitely an effective deterrent. All the shop staff were friendly and welcoming. I appreciated how they could greet new customers while maintaining their focus on the one currently being helped. I never felt ignored. And it was all done with a genuine smile. It looks like people are enjoying their work here. I appreciate that. As for the installation, I dropped the car off and left it for the day. When I picked it up, Tony came out to help set it up and give a tutorial for both the stereo and dash cam. I was impressed with how good it all looked. It's obvi not factory but it looks quite natural. The camera is behind the rear view mirror. I can see it and yet it is not at all obtrusive. I would absolutely recommend this shop and I will come here again in the future. Another thing that I loved is that aside from the new equipment, you would never have know work had been done. After dealing with a serious rodent problem that caused multiple dashboard warning lights and no working lights at all, they were able to track everything down and fix it fast--same day, actually. The price was more than fair, especially compared to what a dealership would have charged. Jason was great to work with: knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. He told me that installation is free with purchase. As the tow driver off loaded my car he ran out the door and told us to leave it in the street, which we did. He then went on to tell me that the would not install my battery because of the location behind the tire. When I suggested that it shouldn't be difficult all you have to do is remove the tire and install, he told me "If it's so fucking easy why don't you do it" and he walked away. The place was empty in terms of customers at the time so I didn't understand what the attitude was all about, but beware they will tell you one thing over the phone and do another in person! I would rather use Autozone because at least they have a business model that respects the customer.

I knew he was being honest turns out my bushings arms needed to be replaced ASAP, and I'm so glad I had the money to get the service done cause lord knows how long I would have kept driving. So in short what would have been a $700 job turned into a $300 because I was able to get my own parts so all I paid for was the labor which was nice! And even after he was done I was ready to take off and drive and heard a noise and not only did I turn back around to him knowing what the problem was and fixed it with no issues!
