Finally a female employee came to the counter and asked to help me. I told her my problem and she said "no" we don't have a meter here, go to Auto Zone on Florida. She confirmed with another female employee that they didn't have a meter at this location. There is a sign on the window they have the tools, but they didn't have the tool I needed! I walked outside and called the District Manager to complain, but his recording "not able to accept calls", or something to that extent. I then called and left a voice message with the Regional Manager. This was a Friday -workday? The Regional Manager called me back immediately. I told him I was at the AZ on Florida and Amber was helpful. She calmed down a stressful situation for me, because I was afraid to drive the car further.

There was no one else but me in line either. And the staff was just talking to each other not even working. I see why this place had low stars when I went on to review it myself.
