So the sales guy had to go to another lot to get, no worries 7 minutes top he said.....well 30 minutes later I got to test drive, which was good. It was being sold a wholesale, so still on the fence. I asked if I could schedule an extended test drive for in the morning to have my mechanic look at it, after all I do live 75 minutes away. Sure thing, but there is someone here to look at it as we speak, ok thanks for letting me know. 2 minutes later, ya know what I just told my wife that has been waiting in the car with my toddler that I was going to buy it, so lets do it. Sales lady that was showing the car to someone else strolls through and my salesman says we are going to run his credit so he can purchase, Why would you do that my guy is a mechanic and is going to buy. But wait i'm still here and have been here now for over 2 hours, I would like to buy and I assume since I was here first I could still do that, sorry nope you missed your chance. Well she ended up storming off I am assuming to go get the manager, since like 3 minutes later he was in the office telling me their was nothing he could do because he couldn't take the keys away from the other guy, but yet that is what was done to me. These guys dont care about you just about getting a sale and their commission im assuming. Im sorry it took me 120 seconds to say yes I wanted to buy it. What a classless establishment, I wouldn't do business with them. Just left an overall bad taste in my mouth.

Came back for my scheduled appointment and they'd sold the tire they ordered for me to another customer, so now had to wait another 2 days and come back again. Then, unfortunately, had a rock crack my windshield the same week. My insurance covers the windshield repair but Tom Wood doesn't have it in stock, has to order it, and said it's on national backorder so they said it would likely be months until they get one in. I told Corbin to go ahead and order it since insurance would cover it, but they refused to order the part. They wanted to be paid upfront for the windshield AND the repair ahead of time even though they said it would be months before they do the work. Insurance won't pay for a "promised" repair, only a completed repair. The entire thing is ridiculous. They want to be paid in full for work they didn't complete. I asked Corbin to work with my insurance on a solution. He didn't bother, just said that they needed the money upfront for the "promised" repair, which, understandably, insurance isn't willing to cover.

I was driving a BMW X1, but with my 14-year-old son and his very tall friends, it just wasn't cutting it anymore. I needed something with real legroom, and I had my heart set on a Honda Pilot. I originally came in to lease one, but unfortunately, it had literally just been sold before I arrived. Instead of sending me on my way, Edward showed me a pre-owned Pilot that ended up being an even better fit. Here's what really impressed me: I called around 7:30 PM, and they closed at 8:00 PM. Most dealerships would have told me to come back the next day. Not Edward. He took the time to get me out on a test drive, answered all of my questions, worked through the paperwork, and even agreed to take care of a few items I wanted inspected before I finalized everything. The experience didn't stop there. When I brought the vehicle back for those items, Edward was there waiting to greet me--even though it wasn't during his normal working hours. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. Not at a dealership. Not anywhere. Edward went far above and beyond, and because of the way I was treated, they have earned a customer for life. They also found a rusted oil pan and repaired it (at a lower cost vs my previous Mercedes repair place who had also reported the oil pan issue)! Talked to owner, Will.
