This battery was $279 and only lasted for one month. When I contacted him, he had me to go get the battery tested which I did, and the battery was no good. I then contacted him back he asks me to ship it back to him which I did that he would refund me my money back or send a new battery. At this point a week had pasted by so I had to go rebuy another battery. Meanwhile im still contacting the owner of Mr. Jorge and he is telling me that he is waiting for the battery to be tested, which I had already did because he asks me to that he would call me back. Several days go by I call back he has other employees answering the phone stating that he is not in or he is with a costumer. At this point, I know that Jorge is starting to avoid me. It's now going on 2 weeks since this all started and he is telling me that he has tested the battery and it has come back perfect.......So please tell me why in the hell would I go through all this with a battery that I NEED and now I have paid right at $600 because I had to go buy my own battery because I need my vehicle for work. Now since I'm trying to call him back, he will not answer any of my phone calls, my boyfriends phone calls or any phone line that I call from that says North Carolina........THIS COMPANY IS A PIECE OF SHIT.

I would have to pick up my purchase and then call my bank to work out the two extra charges. So I canceled the order. Call the store and talk to them, if they still wanted to sell the two items I would stop by later today and pick them up. The moral to this store, Dont purchase anything online with NAPA. The store has nothing to do with the ordering on line. Call day before you need the items and have them order it and have it waiting for you when it arrives. Oh, NAPA's online states they will call you when the item is in, NOT. The store says they don't do that unleased they have done business with you, or you have a large account like a business.

We recently purchased a used Cadillac XT6 from Tom Roush Lincoln. It came with all weather floor…read moremats but not the carpet type floor mats. I searched craigslist for floor mats and found some for sale by an individual in Anderson that were perfect for our vehicle. Upon arriving at the seller of the floor mats, it turns out that HE was the previous owner of our XT6 and he had traded it in at Roush a few weeks back. He advised us that not only did he trade it in with the carpet floor mats, but also a luggage cover and mesh cargo net. I called Tom Roush and asked our salesperson about these items. His response was that they did not have those items and that we purchased the car based on what was in it on the lot. Okay, so they lied, because obviously they did have those items. Other issues, they low balled the trade in value of our 2020 XT6. Two days after we traded it in they were selling it online for $6000 more than they gave us. I know they all do that but that seems excessive. I would be very wary of Tom Roush Lincoln. They are not honest.
