However, what I do expect is decent customer service and a little help determining the best option I need for my car. When I walked in the guys behind the counter were busy helping others. Both men acknowledged me and proceeded on. Both men were very nice and pulled out the part I needed and explained the difference. I was very pleased with their service and explaining the choice where even I could explain to others. Since then I've popped in for wiper blades, car cleaning products, floor mats and several accessories. Hubby handles the serious car parts and he's been happy with their service as well. They do provide several free services and I've been very happy with my limited experiences.
