Went in December 14th around 10:30ish. I just wanted to ask the employee a question for guidance and then purchase a few items for my vehicle. The employee (older white man) was extremely dismissive and rude. Before I could get my question out he cut me off and was telling me he couldn't help me. He wouldn't even look at me. I asked for him to be more polite and patient and he just stared at the computer. I said thank you and I hope he has a better day and left and didn't even buy all the other things I needed. I bought a $130 part from the hub store off Washington st. Turned out to be the wrong part and my mechanic accidentally misplaced the receipt. I took it back to the Washington st store and they were the most unhelpful business ever! They even refused to give me store credit. The part was brand new and never even taken out of the box. I've been shopping at AutoZone for years and I vowed to never go back. Today by sheer luck I stopped in with a friend and I ran into William the store manager. I explained my situation. He was EXTREMELY helpful and understanding. He returned the part on the spot and gave me full credit back. That's great customer service. read more

I needed a headlight bulb replaced. Russ was very courteous and helpful and had me fixed up with no waiting. He also gave me some handy advice concerning the warranty on the replacement bulb. Extremely appreciative of the fast service and great advice. read more

I've stopped at this location on occasion over the years for various reasons including engine light checking and battery testing. The employees are always nice and friendly. They're always willing to help and answer questions. However, I've found some to be more knowledgeable than others. read more

Horrible Customer Service! I went in to inquire about wipers for my vehicle and was told they do not warranty wipers, understood. So I asked the rep if he could look in the system to see what warranties I had at Auto Zone considering I just moved from Chicago. He then asked my phone number that I provided starting with the area code first. The short black male rep entered it in as my phone number( not replacing the area code 317). I saw this and informed him that 773 was the area code. He was disturbed by my response stating, " I was going to put change, you're so aggressive!" What !!! Confused about why he chose to prejudge me and worse insult for simply clarifying my number. I stated, " you always start with the area first when providing your number". Please keep in mind, my tone was not aggressive when speaking, I spoke clearing, direct, and to the point. However, this unprofessional short black rep refused to help me and then walked off as if I insulted him. Not only that...he continued to disrespect me and I had not said anything at this point. Continued ranting his frustration about me in front of customers and other staff ...when ALL I DID WAS TRY TO HELP!! And worse, the other service rep just allowed him to rant and be disresectful. They obviously are use to this kind of hostile environment, but I'm not. So I walked out and said thank you. Interesting enough, the older man that was present when I first arrived tapped on my car window before I pulled off and said I should report the rep and the other staff that joked and laughed about the ordeal. I told the sweet old man, I would write a review about the unprofessionalism, and mannerisms the short black rep. With that, if you value your money and don't want to be cursed out for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Don't come here...you've been warned in advance. My first time here and first impression was GARBAGE...didn't deserve that at all. After this horrible dilemma, I went across to O'Reilly, Miguel was great! I purchased a new set of blades for my window with NO DRAMA!! And when I told him how I was treated at Auto Zone, he said " he's not surprised...more validation on how horrible this place is STAY AWAY!!!...not worth spending a dime if they don't value customers that contribute to their richness. read more

Needed two batteries for two separate vehicles. Went to this AutoZone Paul hooked me up. Outstanding customer service. Even put in the battery of the vehicle I had driven to the location. Brought back the old battery from the other vehicle to obtain core charge. In and out, cha-ching, no problem. Thank you! Will definitely be back. read more

I usually have phenomenal service here. I've been coming for years, but today I had awful service. I use a rare oil filter, and the staff usually have to get it out of the back storage. Today, the kid working the register refused to help me find it and kept telling me to go find it myself at telling him several times it wasn't on the shelf. He wouldn't get the manager either.
