Blew the oil filter cap / oil cooler on my 2015 Jeep (common issue), and went in to have that replaced, AND threw in a 100k mile service - since they were gonna be in that part of the engine anyway. Pros: - Mechanic was super fast and super friendly. Was able to do the entire job in about three working hours, when several YouTube mechanics suggested it would be about ten hours. AWESOME!!! - Price per-hour for labor was about HALF of what the mechanics at other places charge. AWESOME!!! - Place was easy to find, had a waiting area with a Sasquatch statue, and had a McDonalds next door if you got hungry while waiting. Cons: - The receptionist / admin clerk is super friendly; but was not technical enough to understand the work I wanted done, what parts and labor that work included, and how to accurately reflect all of that on my invoice (there were a few mistakes). This is common in many non-dealership garages. Dealerships I have been to tend to have a mechanic who can discuss the mechanical shenanigans with you at the reception desk. - The McDonalds next door smelled like a sewer inside their entryway. Has nothing to do with the Iron Goat business. Just letting you know in case you decide to grab an egg mcmuffin while you wait on your oil change. Bottom line: I will go there again, and highly recommend this place for other Jeepers in the OKC area. If you have a complex job, I would just make sure to specify everything you want in detail prior to and during the service, and then scrutinize the invoice prior to paying it.

I've sent trucks in for repair that came back broken. When I look at the ticket, it says that they were unable to verify the issue. Unable to verify that the ignition was broken? Really? I didn't have any problem verifying that it was still broken when I picked up the truck. When I took the truck back, I asked the service adviser what the issue with the broken part was only to be palmed off on the cashier to explain to me what the service department did to fix my truck. Really? The service department isn't all underwhelming. The last two times I took my truck in for a repair, I was directed through the Fast Lane. Honestly, I felt relieved that I wouldn't have to go through their standard service advisers because I didn't think I could make another pass through there and maintain my sanity. The service staff in the Fast Lane are always very friendly and very interested in ensuring that I get my truck repaired correctly every time. They're also very good about keeping me informed about what's happening with my truck, which I sincerely appreciate. I'm fine with whatever they must do to repair my truck as long as they fix it and I don't have to make two or three trips back, but the communication with the dealership is always very nice because it allows me to plan more appropriately when the repair is complete. Honestly, the Fast Lane is the only reason I still use Reynolds Ford service. Were it not for them, I'd most likely find another dealer to service my truck while it's under warranty.

They were able to get me a discounted tow to their shop and dropped what the were doing to try and get me going. To make a long story short this shop is fantastic and they are honest. They were able to get the truck going so I could continue my trip. I actually had to force them to take my money because he wasn't sure if he actually fixed the problem. This is a review for the 3 times my truck has been in their shop…read more The First time I only had 11k miles on my truck and a belly dump trailer opened up on i35, trashing my windshield, grill, lights, fog lights and everything had to be replaced and repainted. They were very helpful though the whole experience and used genuine ford parts. The second time I was hit from behind, they took care of everything and it turned out flawless. The 3rd time something fell off of a truck and did a lot of damage to my truck. The collision center and the service dept worked together and with 48k miles the truck looks new again. I was informed that uninsured motorist would not replace genuine parts on my truck and when 'Jami' seen that I was unhappy, she found genuine parts and price matched the embossed 'Ford' windshield to the "knock off" windshield. All the dash and electronics were genuine Ford also. This company just didn't shrug their shoulders, they rolled up their sleeves and made it happen. I think it is unfair to have cheaper parts installed on a vehicle when the accident is someone else's fault. If you are reading this check your policy about aftermarket parts. Thank you Reynolds Ford, the Service center, collision center and thank you "Jami" for making it all happen. I know you put a lot of time in dealing with the insurance and taking it to have the stripes put back on.
