Originally, roadside assistance set my car's destination to a Chevrolet dealership, but it's a Toyota, so after I called Kyle to check the status of my tow, he recommended that I have my car towed directly to Certified instead since there's a mechanic there as well. Tow and mechanic? I'm all for it! William was dispatched to our location, and he contacted me when he was on the way and arrived so quickly! He also patiently waited for our ride to arrive before getting the car on the truck. I was amazed at how smoothly everything went considering it was late on New Year's Evening. My car was diagnosed and fixed the very next day. My fiancé was able to pick up the car the following day. The part, labor, and tow totaled to $400. How awesome is that? You guys saved my life!
