Literally take all four off and swap them two and two onto rims. Waited OVER 3.5 HOURS while other people came in and were helped immediately. When asked how much longer, got told it will still be a while. Finally told them to load tires back up and left. Thanks for screwing up my whole day AND not getting the tires swapped around that I needed ASAP.

I delivered the bike on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. He replaced the tube and tire completed a safety inspection of the bike and topped off the oil for about 1/3 the cost of an Indian dealer. Shawn is a professional. He runs a one man shop that is clean, neat and efficient. I was so impressed with his work I left my spouse's Honda Interstate with him for a safety inspection and to research a battery drain issue that has srumped 2 Honda shops and 2 multi brand shops. Did the work there anyway, now have to tear it back apart to remove the alignment keys to beable to align the front end of a 20 year old vehicle. Was asked if i wanted it aligned and i said no ill handle that part (sense they dont have an alignment rack) I guess i should have said it still needs to be aligned(20 year old truck) and to knock the factory alignment keys out while you have it completely torn apart....
