The first place only told me where the two sites that had my needed battery in stock. So, I showed up to the second place, this one. They were unaware I was on my way and what was needed. My understanding the process should have been the first place should call and confirm the second site had the required battery and what was going to be expected. They had not. So, this place took control and satisfied my warranty and was very pleasant to work with. Too bad they are not closer or this would be my go to place for battery needs.

Even though he already had an email saying the battery was ready for pickup, the person in the store (Nima) didn't even have it ready. Nima had to go in the back and look for the battery...what was the point of sending an email saying it was ready then?! My dad then brought up that he scheduled an installation as well. Unfortunately the weather was cold and slightly rainy, but you could still get work done if you had the proper jacket. My dad offered to help Nima install, but Nima vehemently DECLINED saying he couldn't do it because of the weather. My dad really needed to get it done today, so he just started working on it himself. Talk about terrible service!! My dad had to ask for tools and such while he just sat there. It wasn't until later that Nima went out and finally did a little bit in the installation. Even then, it looked like he didn't want to get his hands dirty!! Our family will never come back to this establishment. Rebuilding batteries is no longer done, however Bubba can and does many other types of mechanical work such as brake pads, tune ups, and much more. The shop is old and sometimes crowded but don't let that fool you, Bubba does excellent work and he's fair and honest and that's what really counts. I know a man that has a Lexus and Bubba has done the work on that Lexus for quite a few years. My car was in recently for new brake pads and I could not have been more pleased with any part of that transaction. I do not hesitate to recommend Jones Battery Shop to anyone.
