5hours for a tire mounting, they broke the valve so two days later I had two flat tires, return to do the repair 3h wait time when the manager told me only 30min, guys in the front desk don't know what they are doing also always arguing. Worst customer service ever. read more

Came here because my battery was on it's last leg and figured I might as well get my oil changed as well. It was Saturday morning after thanksgiving so I knew it would be busy. 2.5 hour wait time quoted. Cool. I'm in no rush. APPARENTLY everyone else is. I've watched two pretty good arguments with customers demanding to be right and get their way, while the staff and management handled it like pros. I mean...this was drama or soap opera material. I'm only giving them 4 stars because the one guy who works on the cars is a total ahole to the other employees here and the fact he does it to where the customers can hear, no no no sir. 10/10 would come back again to watch the next episode of the auto car center drama. :) read more

Came in for an oil change with on two cars in line. Arrived at 9am and didn't get out until 11:30. My truck was in the bay for over an hour alone. I requested a full synthetic oil change which is priced at $54 at the end of the oil change. They came back to me telling me it was $64 because they had supposedly said I requested a special oil a full synthetic and they charge more per quart. I was never told about about any of it and I was up, charged without being asked. If you respect your time and money I would never recommend this place. read more

Ducked up my car! Cap was not closed for an oil change now my new car of a few months will not operate right. I had to go to another company to get twice as expensive work done on it due to a certain mechanic not knowing what they're doing with a simple oil change. Will count every grain of sand on the biggest beach ever than go here again. Also Manager is nowhere to be found ever. read more

Turned away with plenty of time before close for a leaky tire. Manager treats us like dirt. Only 2 mechanics on staff. Mechanic says the manager doesn't want them to have overtime. Sounds like he's more worried about payroll than customers. Walmart hires the worst. Avoid at all costs. Do whatever you can to get to Costco. read more

Went in to have my battery checked as it was bought from Walmart two years ago and it was corroded. Without asking they just put another battery in as it was out of warranty. They put in a two year battery that cost $99. I told them that I didn't say they could put a new battery in I told them I could get a 5 year from Costco for $94. So now I am being held hostage while I have to wait for them to put my vehicle back in rotation to take the battery out they put in without asking if I wanted to buy theirs. I will avoid this place in the future and so should you. read more

Why do I go here? Because it's cheap and close enough to my house. I would rate the service lower than 1 star if possible. Jazmine at the auto service center with the chest tattoos has a horrible attitude. I went to pick up a new battery and was hoping to exchange it, because I still have a warranty on my old battery from last year. She said it would be better for her if we went all the way back, uninstalled the battery, and brought it back to Walmart so they could "check if it's bad." THE CAR IS DEAD, LADY! Of course the battery is bad!! I wanted to take the battery with me and exchange it for the old one in order to save gas and avoid the extra trip. Jazmine said it would be "too many transactions to deal with" and did not want that to happen. For fucks sake, I would hate for you to DO THE JOB YOU'RE BEING PAID FOR. They only have two people working behind the counter and the line is out the door. Thanks for nothing, Walmart. read more

I needed one tire replaced. I was checked in by a service men around 9:30am. I wasn't given a wait time. There were 3 cars there and empty bays. Therefore, I didn't think the wait would be long. I was very wrong. At 11:42am, I asked the cashier how much longer would it be. She told me they haven't pulled my car in yet. Two. Hours. I, of course, still wasn't given a time estimate. I watched numerous cars come and go. At 1:20pm, my car was finally ready. Never again. I will not visit this location ever again. read more

I guess I am a glutton for punishment since I keep coming back here. The front desk clerks are mostly rude and have no clue what is actually happening. They will quote you 2 hours, but you're looking at about 5. I've waited here 8 hours to get some tires. I've spoke to the managers, I've complained multiple times, but they have not changed anything. I don't feel like they really care about their customers. They tell you one thing and do another. Their prices are descent, but that does not make up for the incompetent staff, the long wait times, and the rude service. Go somewhere else. read more
